Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Epsom

perfect location as walkable to everywhere in Ponsonby. we were in an apartment at the rear side of the property I.e. not facing Williamson Ave so it was super quiet. host was extremely responsive to messages and phone calls even at 3am when I couldnt find the correct door to get into the building (my mistake as I read the instructions wrong). place was super clean, and the bed so comfortable. If i had to pick on anything it would be that the bathroom tap needs tightening as its wobbly and there is no shelf in the shower so all your products are on the floor. my partner is over 6 foot tall and has a bad back so bending down to get his products was a nuisance. We would definitely stay again.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

We stayed here for five nights to support some planned surgery at a nearby hospital and working remotely during the recovery period. The location was perfect for us and very close to the beach which is great for walks. The apartment is also close to Milford shopping centre which has everything you need for self-catering. Michaela was always very responsive and helpful with any requests and being able to park the car down the bottom of the driveway was really helpful. The apartment is peaceful and a great place to base yourself for a short or longer stay in Auckland.

Max and Emily were fantastic hosts. The apartment was new, modern, clean and stylish. Messages were responded to promptly and no request was too much. Location was fantastic and great walking distance to lots of restaurants.

A great place to stay. Very convenient and the free parking a huge bonus. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious. Monica is a great communicator - all her messages were detailed, accurate and useful.

Thanks Kane for a relaxing stay! we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment, the place is walkable to Ellerslie village and easy access onto the motorway. The whole apartment is fully equipped and in pristine condition, thank you so much for having our family! I would highly recommend to anyone who's in Auckland for holiday or simply a staycation! This was a last minute trip, but we could not have been a better place - the house, location, and everything was lovely 😊😊 we miss it already! A massive bonus is the kids play room - our baby loved it!

I had a great time, just a little mishap but it wasn't the host's fault, visitors parked in the assigned parking lot, so we had to park in the neighbor's parking lot. But otherwise, apart from that, it was impeccable. Super responsive and kind host.

Nice and cozy little house in a quiet street and great location. Stayed for 3 nights with 3 friends we were all vending at ASB Showgrounds and staying here made our week end so much easier. Driving distance from good restaurants. And we liked having a full kitchen to cook at least once or for a quick breakfast. We felts at home and would definitely book again for future vending shows at the Showgrounds !

The place was exactly like the pictures posted. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved the open space with view of race course. Unfortunately we didn’t managed to see any race during our stay. Would definitely recommend Tony’s place.

Possibly our favorite Airbnb house and we've stayed in a lot. Beautiful Victorian type home with a nice new add on kitchen, living and dining room. Really convenient to everything near Auckland. Host super responsive. We stayed for a month and would like to have stayed longer.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Gary’s place was amazing! We went to an event at the Powerstation which was 600m away. Communication and directions for checking in were spot on. The apartment was stunning, fantastic views over the city, clean and welcoming. Bed was super comfy and it was very peaceful. Gary left eggs for us for breakfast which we scrambled and everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Auckland and highly recommend.
