A very well located apartment, when I arrived everything was impeccably tidy and smelled good everywhere. It exceeded expectations, it was very easy for me to move around Medellín, I would definitely come back.

This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

This was probably one of not if the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. The layout inside is very nice and clean. Some restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The host is very responsive and gives good detailed instructions. And what made the stay even better was the phenomenal view from the balcony. I recommend if you think of visiting Medellín.

I have stayed in MANY AirBnbs and NEVER had a more responsive host. The in-building co-host was extremely helpful and accommodating, as well! The apartment was clean, close to many eateries and public transportation, with a nice view off the balcony. Would stay there again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight—it offered stunning views of the city both day and night. The staff was polite, professional, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. This was my second time staying at the property, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to everything we needed and we were able to get on the metrobus right across the street from the apartment. I was worried that I might have trouble sleeping since we were located on a busy street, but we did not hear much street noise throughout the night and slept very well. The place was very clean and had all listed amenities. Fredy is the fastest, most responsive host I've ever had. He immediately replaced a malfunctioning bedside lamp and was quick to help when we had questions. We will definitely stay at this apartment again in the future.

Everything is great, price is great, amenities are great… only single complaint is that the workers make too much noise from 6am to 8am. I understand we all have to make a living but the last thing people want on vacation is to wake up at 6am. Besides that, I loved the space and I am beyond grateful for $25-$30 USD per night. Will be returning :)

As always a great stay. Arrived a few hours early and Carolina was gracious enough to let me check in early. Carolina's place is in the perfect location, restaurants, bars and grocery store all just steps from the front door. Wifi and smart tvs were great. Highly recommend, well worth the price.

Perfect accommodation to spend a few days in Medellin! The apartment was comfortable, clean, quite, and well equipped. Close to a mall, couple of supermarkets and public transportation within walking distance. A very secure building with a concierge 24 hours a day. Check in and check out was very easy and accessible. The keypad was very easy to use. Highly recommended!
