We provide the second floor ( 100 ㎡) of a two-family house. The host family lives on the first floor, but the second floor is a completely separated house entering from the outer stairs, so privacy is maintained. The bedroom has 1 room with 6 tatami mats east Japanese-style room (3 sets of futons) + 6 tatami mats South Japanese-style room, 2 single beds, 1 semi-double bed is small room, living room and dining room. I introduced a low-elasticity mattress into a all bed. (Name is True Sleeper)

This house called "Pine Tree" is inspired by a surfing spot in Hawaii. As a beach lover, I wanted to make a concept of "never ending summer". The house is close to Koshigoe and Enoshima station. You have access to the beach in 2min!

【スミカ探求舎】北鎌倉の山ぎわで緑に囲まれ五感を開放する

禅宗寺院が数多くあり緑深き北鎌倉。山へと続く小径と階段をのぼった山ぎわにこちらの【スミカ探求舎】はあります。 大きな窓の外は大イチョウとモミジ。春は新緑、夏はたっぷりとした葉を茂らせ、秋には黄葉と紅葉、冬は葉を落とした枝の向こうに大船観音が見えます。 階段でしかアクセスできないので駐車場はありません。その代わり車の音は無く、聞こえるのは小鳥のさえずりや、りすが屋根を駆け回る音、風が葉を揺らす音だけです。 庭に出て季節の花を切り部屋の中に活ける。珈琲豆をミルでひき自分で珈琲を淹れる。ここには過度なサービスはありませんが、ご自分が心地良いように、五感を開放してお過ごしください。
