Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Isaksbo Manor - Guest Wing

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Rent our rowing boat and fish in Åmänningen, there is plenty of Pike Perch & Perch. The coffee tastes best barefoot on the dock. In the evening, fire and evening sun await. Electricity is available – but no running water. Simple, beautiful and authentic. 2 hours from Stockholm. Walking distance from the train. The cottage is located in historic Ängelsberg with restaurants & attractions.

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Lea's basement - Cozy cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy log house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.
