Njut av lugnet och utsikten över havet och fälten på den gamla Ölandsgården. Detta hus var en gång ett hönshus. Huset ligger mitt i den pittoreska radbyn Näsby, men ändå helt avskilt från grannar. Endast en kort promenad till stranden med massor av fåglar och sälar. Perfekt läge nära Ölands södra udde.

Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne Wochen in Charlottes Gästehaus, das süß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Der Garten und der Blick zum Meer sind ein Traum, wir konnten zudem viele Vögel und Seerobben beobachten. Zum Strand sind es 5 min. zu Fuß das ruhige Dorf hinunter. Charlotte selber war nicht anwesend, alles hat aber reibungslos geklappt und die Kommunikation lief super freundlich. Die Ausstattung funktioniert für 2 Personen sehr gut. Man sollte wissen, dass Küche und Bad nicht separat belüftet sind, da sie keine öffenbaren Fenster haben. Dadurch entsteht schnell Feuchte im Raum. Wenn man danach die Wohnzimmertür und das Fenster zum Durchlüften öffnet und die Handtücher draußen auf die Wäschleine hängt, kommt man aber gut zurecht. Es stehen auch Entfeuchter und Heizelemente zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag auf der Insel genossen - dankeschön!

I had a lovely two weeks. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated and on a good location. Beautiful see view, lots of sights nearby, even if you don’t have a car: east coast, Mörbylånga, Ottenby. I did everything on my bike. The host lives (partially) on the property, this is good to know. He’s kind and helpful if you need anything, always easy to reach.

The cabin is simply wonderful! Location is so peaceful and lovely. It is beautifully decorated, just as advertised. Our stay was just perfect. It has an amazing window to enjoy the most tranquil and watercolor sunsets Öland has to offer. It has a well equipped kitchen with all necessary to cook. Location is perfect in the south part of the Island, which makes it convenient for sightseeing and to enjoy very nice peaceful summer days at the cabin. Fredrik was very responsive and with very good will to help.

We spontaneously decided to stop In Öland and what can I say, we extended twice because we loved it. Quiet surroundings, great place to work and just be. We also loved the Café close by in Gårdby. It all felt really like a great workation/home for the moment. Beautiful setting and very responsive host for our spontaneity. Thank for having us!
