The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. Bathroom with open shower and storage room, living-dining room and kitchen that was built to measure. In the cozy bedroom, a box-spring bed and sofa bed invite you to relax. Guest toilet and cloakroom are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with electric blinds. Smart TV (55 inches) with cable connection and Netflix available.

Modern city boarding apartment (65 m²)

Enjoy the benefits of this quiet and centrally located accommodation in a house built in 1908. Located on the 3rd floor, the 65 sqm apartment was renovated in 2022 and features real wood parquet, high rooms and a modern bathroom. In the kitchen, in addition to a Bora range with integrated extractor hood, there is a French door fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The apartment on the 2nd floor is accessed via the hallway.

Modern apartment near the Teutoburg Hunting School

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Cozy apartment for 1-2 people

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

Lake accommodation

Welcome to Alfsee Enjoy your relaxing vacation in our vacation homes on Lake Alfsee. 2 - 4 people will find ideal conditions here for a wonderful time. An extra bed can be provided for a fifth person. Experience the beauty of Lake Alfsee and its surroundings with family or friends. Alternatively, a rental of up to 6 months is also possible. Comfortable accommodation, idyllically located between fields and forests, which invite you to hike and relax in nature. Nevertheless, the apartment is located close to the city (6 km by car) to Osnabrück. Feel at home during your business or private stay in the Osnabrück region.
