My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is fully furnished and equipped with standard utensils. It is for 1 to max. 3 people suitable. You can safely park your car, motorbike or bikes at the house. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).
