因為是老屋設計整理的房子，所以會有老屋會遇到的問題，但看得出來屋主很用心維護，並且溝通順暢友善，主動提供資訊。浴室三樓的水量正常，二樓偏小。房源有提供地下車位，但社區本身車位有點不好停，如果不是小的車型，或者小車稍長，會建議停在社區外的車格。
