Spent two weeks in this nice apartment. Gabriela was very reactive and accommodating. Place is clean, close to the beach and got a great view. I do recommend and will come back if I have the opportunity. :)

This is the second time with my family we stayed in Mrs. Rosa's depto and just like the first time it was a wonderful stay, it was like getting home. The place is very nice and has everything you need for your stay, comfortable and safe, supermarket at the front, food places, craft stalls, very attentive concierge, the pool and the best, that wonderful beach with calm waters. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much Mrs. Rosa for sharing your beautiful apartment.

Our stay was very comfortable, the apartment has all the necessary equipment for a stay without inconvenience. Very safe place, quiet and nice. It was very pleasant our rest days were fully met with the goal. 100% recommended. Luis very attentive , nice host.

Since our arrival Jorge was very attentive and helping us in everything. The apartment, impeccable, everything tidy and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The wonderful location, 3 minutes from the beach, in front of the apartment there is coffee shop, sushi, pharmacy, restaurant. Jorge is very attentive and responding very quickly to everything we asked. If in doubt we will be back

Excellent stay. Lisette gave us clear instructions, check-in was very easy and the apartment was as shown in the photos. The great location very close to the beach walking, but without the noise of people and the car tacos that are formed in the sea av. We were 3 people and with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was perfect. The kitchen is very functional and with everything you need. Nearby there are many restaurants, mini markets, and make access and exit to the sea av or the road.

This is my second time staying in this depto and would definitely come back. Great location, super organized and quiet depto.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, with a very nice view. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maybe I'd add a table or more comfortable stools to the bar. The bedroom was super nice and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Ideal for breakfast on the balcony enjoying the view. The supermarket is very close, it has several places nearby to buy food and although it is not next to the beach, you can really enjoy the walk because the neighborhood is really nice.

The apartment a wonder nothing to say excellent...my congratulations to Miss Ximena for her attention was on the lookout until we arrived at the depto.

A tranquil lagoon is visible, bordered by soft sandy shores and extending towards the ocean. Umbrellas provide shaded areas along the beach. The calm water of the lagoon reflects the sky, with several kayaks arranged neatly at the edge, ready for use.

Apartment with a very good location, in front of the waterfront, a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. The building has a large and quiet pool to rest in the sun loungers and enjoy the pool. The apartment has everything you need for a complete stay, from blankets and beach chairs, sunscreen, kitchen equipped with pots, pans, electric oven, microwave, juicer and even an electric grill among other things. We loved the location and the apartment was wonderful, Veronica is the co-host, very friendly, good communication with her.

We had a very nice experience in the place since it has a privileged view, it is quite spacious, it was impeccable and it has private and safe parking.

Ximena was proactive from the moment we contacted each other, always leaving clear directions and everything ready for our comfort. She offered me flexibility in all my requirements, kind and very loving. The apartment is a 10 out of 10, totally clean, 100% equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, the sheets were clean and smelled like freshly cleaned, the beds were clean and very comfortable, we were able to sleep all night. It is located in a super strategic place to go to different places, even with easy access for the tours that pick you up at your vacation home. You can hear the sea and if you close the windows you will get silence to rest. I would stay many more times. Thank you Ximena for making our vacation a nice moment to remember...
