We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Steps from the water's edge, the cottage boasts an unbeatable bay view and has a living space with a fully equipped kitchen & full-size appliances. It has a queen-size bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with a step-in shower, a picnic area, propane grill, and a shared fire pit. Propane, fire wood, and kayak use included.
