House vacation rentals in Elmore County

We stayed 4 nights/5 days for a family graduation. 6 adults for the 4 main bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Josh was very responsive. We had the potential for 4 more people joining us & Josh had the 2 air mattresses and linen delivered promptly. If you’re tall use the hall bath. I’m 5’2 and stood on my tippy toes. If you’re short the master bath is perfect! It’s small but very functional. Tip: the wall sconces switch is slightly behind the mirror. We definitely utilized the different conversation areas. They’re perfect because kids could quietly watch TV and adults played cards on the other side of the room and other cousins sat in the small parlor to visit. We loved the huge dining room. Perfect!! Josh was great & let us know the pool had been damaged by the guests before us & was being fixed. They brought a HUGE above ground intex pool and the kids loved it!! The back patio has nice lights, plenty of seating and a grill. It’s a historic home and very nice.

My wife and I stayed here during Christmas while visiting family in the area. This was easily one of the nicest / coolest Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - private but still close to everything you’ll want to do in Prattville, Millbrook, and Montgomery. It was also tastefully decorated for the holidays, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Clean and nicely decorated. The golf cart was perfect for riding to the lake. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and the bedrooms were comfortable.

Excellent home very clean and cozy. Great location great neighbors very accommodating to renters. Golf cart made easy lake access. Have no compliants will stay there again if its available next time we in Lake Martin. If ya considering this place book it ya won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeslide Retreat! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed with all that was included in the amenities. We enjoyed the pool, and it was perfect for all ages. We rented a pontoon boat and had a great going around Lake Martin. It was so convenient to have the dock for our boat since we rented it for two days. Mary was a great, helpful host and always punctual in her replies. We absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at Crew Quarters over graduation and Mother’s Day weekend. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. It was very easy to get into the house with the smart home lock. The home was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need if you plan to cook. They even have the good ice maker (nugget ice) in the butler’s pantry. A big plus! The beds were comfy and the rooms were cozy. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was pouring down rain the entire time we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck or the fire pit. Walmart is about a 13 minute drive if you need to pick up snacks or groceries. The host thought of everything and made sure we felt at home! They provided 3 Tide pods for laundry, pods for the dish washer, fresh towels and more. Charles is a very thoughtful hosts! Overall it was a very nice experience!

This home was in a quiet neighborhood and great for walking, kayaking and just enjoying being outside and with family. It was well equipped with needed items but also had extras- beach towels, books, games, and golf cart. We did enjoy the community gym and pool. The house was very clean and cozy. Communication with Monica was timely, helpful and precise. The binder she left with local information was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as parents of the groom for a wedding held in Eclectic, which was 13 minutes from the property. All the groomsmen stayed too - 12 total - and we were all very comfortable and accommodated. Large parking area and tranquil location overlooking the lake - enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio! Everything was as-described in the listing. Hosts were very quick to reply. Didn't talk to all the guests, but the ones I did reported the beds to be very comfortable and water pressure was good. Home is well built - didn't hear other guests or a bunch of footsteps when trying to sleep. Kitchen was pretty well equipped - I think we needed coffee filters and a corkscrew which we couldn't find - but that is what Dollar General is for! It was certainly well equipped for fixing a big breakfast for everyone! Overall, a very pleasant stay...allowed for all of these friends to spend more time together in a beautiful setting!

Mike and Lorri are wonderful host. Their rental homes are simply beautiful and you feel like you’re at home. We love staying here. This is our third stay visiting family and we’ll be back. Thanks Lorri & Mike

I stayed here with my teenage boys on our way north. Everything was so clean and Kenya was super helpful and left snacks that were so nice after a long day!! We slept so well. The decor is gorgeous and we read one of the books on the nightstand together before bed. The kitchen is gorgeous. There was a designated parking space with lots of greenery and plants around the house that made my soul happy. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

I would definitely recommend staying here. It is very spacious and absolutely pristine. The kids had toys and books for entertainment. The house was gorgeous, the pictures did not due it justice. Very nice backyard and the garage was an extra bonus since it was raining, it made unloading and loading easier. If you are in the area this house is a definitely worth the cost. Joy was very nice and made are stay pleasant. We would stay here again.

What else can I say besides she’s an Amazing host! Shirley welcomed us in like family! This home is unique unlike any other home we’ve been to. She provided detailed instructions from start to finish. We absolutely will book again in the future!

Barron Rae was very friendly and super responsive! The place was just what we needed to celebrate our daughter’s 7th birthday with family! It was very peaceful and comfortable.

It's so beautiful and peaceful. It was such a wonderful time with our family. So much more than we expected. Celine and Geno were wonderful host. We can't wait to be able to go again.

My sister and i were super comfortable at Nana's Hideaway. We really enjoyed the deck, it's a great space for catching up and listening to the birds. The rooms are spacious, and the living room furniture is super comfy. We appreciated the hosts generosity- plenty of fluffy towels, hand soap and lotion. They were also generous in the kitchen with good spices, extra coffee, appliances, garbage bags and dishwashing supplies. (We have stayed at some airbnbs with hosts who barely supply the basics, we never return to those spaces.) In addition to being generous, the hosts were super friendly and responsive. One word of caution: there is some uneven flooring and steep stairs. Nothing prohibitive, but worth noting. Definitely a great place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The house was beautiful, very spacious and very well stocked. Located in a quiet part of the lake and very little boat traffic. Had a great time paddle boarding, kayaking and tubing. The kids loved the bunk room and played pool everyday. We had a great time utilizing all of the outside amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Diana was an incredible host! She was so accommodating to our needs and provided plenty of resources to help us make the most of our stay. The property was in a perfect location, close enough to everything we needed, yet secluded and peaceful with no wake, which made swimming off the dock super relaxing. We also loved having access to the many floats and chairs. The well-stocked kitchen with a wide variety of cooking appliances was a huge plus as well. We truly had a great experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cabin in the Cove and our kind host, Laura. We were in town for our daughters graduation from Auburn. The location and home were perfect for our weekend celebration. The home is situated on a private and quiet cove with friendly neighbors. The lot is flat with a very short walk to the lake and large dock. The home has every amenity needed. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, as well as an amazing screened in porch with a wonderful view. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication from Hannah was excellent, the community was great with a nice pool and close to The Social Restaurant. Definitely would stay again!

The beds were comfortable and bedding very clean. Nice quality furnishings. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, spare towels/bedding. The nearby dock was nice. The area was quiet. Catherine’s Market nearby was great for food and Bru63 there has good coffee/matchas.
