In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

Separate entrance and free parking is available directly at the property. Basement = cool even in summer. Ideal for couples and singles for relaxation or for professional stays. 5 minutes from the A57 motorway. Messe Düsseldorf/airport in 20 minutes. Within walking distance of bus and train stop. Bakery and butcher right around the corner.

The apartment is also very suitable for longer stays!

You will have your own 2 room flat , (2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended.The unit can be locked . 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm). Kitchenette with Nespresso machine, ceran cooking, fridge, no dishwasher ! All rooms with central heating&windows. No TV - sorry Towels & bedlinen are provided
