Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Die Straßenbahnverbindung 043, welche zum Bahnhof Uerdingen sowie zum Krefelder Hauptbahnhof fährt, ist in nur 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, ein Cafe und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 2 min zur Autobahn A57, um bspw. in 15min in Düsseldorf oder 45min in Köln zu sein.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
