Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Eleven Point River

Felicia was a great and straight forward host. She is very responsive and we had no issues entering or with our stay. If she welcomes us back, I would be more than happy to book again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The kids loved the bunk bed room. Everything was lovely and cozy!

The house was very clean and we loved the back deck. We came to hike the area so didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but it did meet all of our expectations. The Sands restaurant had a good breakfast and they were only a couple of minutes down the road. All in all we had a great time hiking the area and would stay here again in the future to maybe float the river and do more hiking.

A wonderful backup plan and place to stay when our original plans fell through on the first night of our trip. complete opposite of our horrible first night experience at a different place and was very satisfying to get a good rest and be comfortable in our rental Matthew provided.

Alicia was quick to reply and very friendly. Accommodations were great. The house was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Weslena’s place was perfect. We cooked a lot and it had everything you needed to prepare meals. The house was clean and fresh. When we messaged she responded right back in a timely manner 😊 Her house was set up perfectly with everything you could need! Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Kathy had a clean room and the beds were super comfy!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Rustic Retreat, it's just a great place. Just as described. As mentioned in the description, there's no Internet or cable TV but they have you set for entertainment with the largest DVD selection I've seen since Blockbuster closed lol. Games and books as well. So peaceful to just sit and disconnect for a weekend. Kitchen is well stocked too. Definitely recommend.

This is my new favorite spot! the cabin is so beautiful with all the amenities you could use to be comfortable, it was better than being home.. The bubble bath with the view was amazing they even have a heater installed above so you stay warm in and out of the water!! The land it sits on is breath taking we saw a pair of bald eagles flying every day right at the edge of the cliff and it's a spectacular view. deer come right up to the cabin as well so if you enjoy the outdoors and peace this is the place for you. it's very private and there are two towns within 20 minutes and no expensive tourist prices just cute tiny towns. The bigger Rolla is less than an hour for more city like entertainment but I prefer the short drive down to the river where you can swim in the springs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The host was so kind and quick responses for any questions we had. This is the ozark experience and I'm so thankful for my time here. can't wait to come back!!

The view is better than you could imagine. If you like outdoors and getting away, this is the place. Had fun at the river, had fun with target practice, had fun with the ATV's. If it were a little later in the warm season, I bet the fishing would have better too! Great Place.

The winds howled, trees bent low, and thunder cracked like prophecy, yet inside that cabin, there was calm. Dry clothes, warm light, and walls that did not flinch beneath the weight of the storm. Big Bell stood not just as a shelter, but as a sanctuary. A holy holdout against the chaos outside. If you seek comfort in the midst of the wild, let this cabin be your hymn. Through flood and fury, Big Bell rings true.

We had an amazing time at Bertucci’s cabin in Arkansas! The location is easy to get to, and the cabin itself is cozy and full of charm. Nick is hands-down the best host you could ask for—super welcoming and helpful. He even has an amazing book! The night skies were absolutely breathtaking, perfect for stargazing. The pond was a hit with everyone, especially with the free kayaking available. My personal favorite was the shooting range—such a cool feature! The kids loved being out in nature, feeding ducks, and exploring. The trails around the property were beautiful and full of unique rocks, making every walk an adventure. And don’t even get me started on the hot tub spa—pure bliss! One small issue was some other guests arriving with loud, off-leash dogs, which made things a bit hectic. But aside from that, the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to enjoy nature with a few awesome extras!

This was my 3rd time staying at Tammy's Cabin. It is always clean and is just the right size for me while I'm traveling for work. Love sitting out front with the birds singing and the wind blowing through the trees.
