The estate is well maintained by a team of gardeners, there is a lot of greenery around, shops on site (Biedronka, Żabka and others), a playground, hairdresser, beauty salon, newsagent, confectionery, petrol station, hospital and church. Nearby is Reagan Park, where there are numerous playgrounds, a rope park, bike paths, and several outdoor gyms. The beach is 1 km away. There are tennis courts, including indoor ones, near the park.

It's a great base from which to explore. This is an intimate garden and its own parking space for a car and bikes.
