My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The portable AC units upstairs helped with warm days. They were very responsive with any questions and messaged with details such as a heads up the lawn service was coming. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The muffins in the morning were great and Marian also made fench toast and pancakes. Our son loved the goats and chickens who were all kid friendly. Lots of toys and books for the kids to play with and Marian was always responsive and provided what we needed.

We were able to book last minute when our previous option was too small for our needs. Great lower level space. Cabin feel. Had everything we needed. Kitchenette to make breakfast. Super comfortable king bed. Will definitely book again if available when we are in town to visit family

Exceptionally clean! Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the RV was. Plenty of space for my husband and I with 3 kids 5 and under. Hosts were incredibly friendly and quick response time with any questions. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

Van and Rahul were incredible hosts—so accommodating and responsive to our needs. The space was clean, beautiful, spacious, and nicely updated. Everything felt thoughtfully set up. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the couch more than made up for it! All in all, a fantastic stay

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. Thank you Susan and Craig for the memories.❤️

My two sons (aged 9 & 12) and I had a wonderful stay. They loved petting the horses and goats. It was such a wonderful get away. We highly recommend it.

The Airbnb was so cute and definitely a great place to stay. It was so peaceful being out in the country but definitely a drive to go to places. If you’re not comfortable with country roads I definitely recommend being back before dark as it’s a pretty private area so perfect to feel away from civilization but also pretty dark with just countryside for several miles around. They also had a cute little guest book, which you don’t see often, and it was great to read other people’s experiences.

FANTASTIC STAY! we stayed at this home for three whole months while new to the area and looking for our own home. With two small children, this place is EXTREMELY kid friendly, owners even having a pack and play, doona stroller, kids kitchen utensils, baby bath tub, potty seat, etc. You literally don’t need to bring any kid stuff if you stay here it is that easy! Owners so quick to respond whenever I reached out. End of cul de sac against a field was so quiet and safe for play and so peaceful with the views, but plenty to do and convenient to everything very close by. Convenient bedrooms upstairs all together and movie room with plenty of extra places to sleep for guests and room for play! I can’t recommend this home enough for anyone trying to relax for a short term or long term stay, or for anyone with kiddos! We felt like home for our 3 month stay and made great memories there! Book now!

Deanna is super responsive and we throughly enjoyed the lodge. Kids loved the horses, mini donkeys, kitties, hot tub...!

This home really lives up to its name, The Sanctuary. We've stayed here before on vacation and fell in love. When my partner and I started planning our small weddingwe knew this is where we wanted it to be. We were so delighted to be approved to do so. This beautiful home was praised by all our friends and family. The decor fulfilled the vibes of our wedding and I can't wait to see how pictures have turned out. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. And our night was happily ended reading our vows privately to each other in the gorgeous copper tub. Happy to have celebrated our special day here. Forever memorable!

We spent Christmas at Tita’s and had a wonderful time. We loved the backyard. The neighborhood is really nice and there is so many restaurant, grocery stores near by.
