This is a phenomenal place to stay. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub and shower in the primary bathroom! We also enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front porch.

A truly magical experience. We had hoped to have a spring adventure but, true to CO, we got a snowstorm instead. We still had the most delightful cozy time. I can't say enough about how lovely it was to stay in this earthship. The kitchen and bath were so well stocked. The linens were so beautiful and high quality. And the decor! We invoked Arianna's name like the interior design goddess that she surely is. We all left so inspired! I will definitely be returning to this peaceful retreat and I plant to bring some plant cuttings of my own as an offering. ♥️

This home really lives up to its name, The Sanctuary. We've stayed here before on vacation and fell in love. When my partner and I started planning our small weddingwe knew this is where we wanted it to be. We were so delighted to be approved to do so. This beautiful home was praised by all our friends and family. The decor fulfilled the vibes of our wedding and I can't wait to see how pictures have turned out. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. And our night was happily ended reading our vows privately to each other in the gorgeous copper tub. Happy to have celebrated our special day here. Forever memorable!

Exceptionally clean! Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the RV was. Plenty of space for my husband and I with 3 kids 5 and under. Hosts were incredibly friendly and quick response time with any questions. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place fulfilled that perfectly. We loved the peace and quite both indoors and outdoors. We felt like we were in the mountains even though the property technically isn't. We enjoyed watching deer wander through the property almost every morning and watching weather move across the valley from the back deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We both commented to each other that the home was better than the pictures advertised. The host was great with communicating. We'll definitely consider returning here in the future.

Marian was the most amazing host! Got stuck in some bad weather, and found her listing at 9:30 pm. She responded to my request to book right away, and was super helpful with directions and checking in on us. I am so thankful her place was available and that she accommodated our impromptu stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

My two boys and I had a wonderful 2nd visit to Marni's treehouse. Her communication is excellent and super fast - she made sure the kids were having a great time and was SO kind to them that my oldest asked her to marry him. We love staying in the treehouse, making smores, running around outside, and spending time together. The kids LOVE the uniqueness of this special place - we'll be back for sure.
