a very nice place to go as a family and enjoy, it is only 30 minutes from the capital, everything is very close.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very private, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a definite highlight well-maintained and a great spot to unwind. The location is also a major plus, with plenty of excellent restaurants and popular attractions just a short distance away. John was very helpful and proactive throughout the stay, which made everything easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet conveniently located place to stay.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! I was excited to go back to the house every time we were wrapping up an outing. We utilized every space with our group of 9 adults and a toddler. The pool multiple times per day. It was perfect. We were able to walk to a beach, restaurants, surfboard rentals, and pupusa stands. Very walkable depending on what you’re needing/wanting. Most places around the house are cash only. Any issues we had at the house William was very responsive and proactive to get it fixed. When it rains the bathroom with a king bed does start to smell strongly of sewage. Just a heads up. William did what he could to remedy the situation and it ended up being tolerable. Everything else about the house is absolutely perfect so it wasn’t a big deal for us. There is a lot of construction going on, but we didn’t even notice unless we were walking around outside of the property. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you, William!!

Jimmy and his partner were super friendly and attentive. They were quick with responses and even gave us recommendations for our next travel destination. Half way through our stay, they offered us fresh towels. A small but appreciated favor. We recommend this stay for anyone looking to enjoy the tropical coast in a comfortable, relaxing environment. We had a great stay at Sabrina’s place in Surf city. The area is very secure and safe. The house is comfortable and inviting with beautiful potted plants throughout the common areas making it feel very warm. Just a short walk to el Palmarcito beach and a short drive to El Zonte in one direction and El Tunco in the other. Would definitely recommend.

Lety was awesome to work with and very helpful! Location was awesome! House was very clean and the staff was amazing. They cooked for us and it was delicious. Would definitely come again. The only negative was the construction noise next door.

The house had amazing views. It was close to the city, but had a rural feel. Diego sent a cleaner 3 timez during our 12 day stay. He was responsive to all our requests.

Meaghan and Louis were easy going, flexible with the check in, and got back to us quickly. Nice spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mandarina! As surfers we loved being able to check the waves from the property, then being able to walk down to the breaks. Nelson the caretaker was amazing and took really good care of us! The one drawback is you do get road noise, but the views and proximity to ocean more than make up for it.

José and Monica are great hosts. Their place is a little hidden gem of privacy and comfort. we travelled with two kids and our stay was great!

Great option for family or friends. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped, the same or better than the photos. If you go with babies, it is safe and comfortable, as it has a playpen and baby chair💖. We would definitely rent the house again.

An absolute gem. This is what peace feels like. Waking up to the sound of birds and sleeping to the sound of ocean waves crashing onto shore is something I can only wish to experience every day. Stephen's home captured the pure essence of paradise. It was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much while I enjoyed the walks by the beach when the tides were low. Nestor was so helpful to us, and it was a pleasure meeting him. Pupusas from the restaurant nearby were delicious. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh bread from the vendor riding through the street. Only thing I can advise for future visitors are the mattresses. My mother-in-law complained about the mattresses being uncomfortable in the room with the bunk beds. She has a very bad back and wouldn't recommend those beds for someone with back issues. Oh and bring mosquito repellent! Thank you for opening your doors to us, Stephen!

Excellent stay at Casa Ayanna! From the beginning, communication was impeccable thanks to Howard and Elizabetta, always attentive and clear in every detail. Oscar and Erica welcomed us with incredible kindness, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is exactly as pictured: comfortable, clean and cozy, ideal for a pleasant stay. We are very grateful for the flexibility of our hosts, which made our experience even more comfortable and carefree. We would definitely go back and recommend this jewel without a second thought!

We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s beach house. The property itself is fantastic—secluded, quiet, and very private, which made it the perfect spot to disconnect and relax. Villa La Perla was spacious and homey, exactly what we needed to unwind and feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace and tranquility in a beautiful setting.

Great place! Very beautiful! This house does sits on top a mountain and will need a car to access. Not walkable! Would stay here again and the host is very helpful and responsive!

My stay at Rancho Santa Brigida was excellent. Starting with the efficient service, they were always attentive to us from before we arrived. The ranch is very nice, tidy and clean. The beach is very close, it's a great option to stay, we would definitely return.

Vanessa’s Airbnb was beautiful inside and out. The views from the second floor balcony alone make it worth it! We enjoyed our private pool and having beach access from the backyard. There is a lot of attention to detail put into the grounds and the house itself and they ensure you will have a lovely stay. There are staff that occasionally attend to things on the property, so you may see them from time to time. This wasn't an issue for us. The property felt secure. We have already decided to come back upon our return!!

My family had a great time at this beach house. Every room having an A/C was an awesome plus. The caretaker was a huge help and assisted with food deliveries and recommendations for local places. The beach house was comfortable and you practically have a private beach to yourself. My son had a fun time exploring the grounds. Would for sure stay here again.

An incredible house, the nature with which it is surrounded super cared for and cozy, it is very close to the private beach that is also beautiful you can walk and by car, from the house the only thing we can put into observation are the beds, the mattress is very orthopedic, maybe for some people they like but in our case we wake up with pain in the back, from the rest a whole 100, Don Manuel's attention was very good, he is the very helpful and available.
