Apartment vacation rentals in El Yaque

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Johan for his availability. The apartment is spacious and air-conditioned, the location is excellent, close to the beach and the La Vela shopping mall. Regarding the water, it was always on and we had no problems. The power is normal, it goes out in Margarita but it does not take long to come back on, a maximum of 20 minutes. 100% recommended 👍👍👍✅

Natalia is wonderful and the apartment is too. It's very fresh and clean and the building, patio, pool and gardens are all well maintained and beautiful. I would absolutely stay again whenever I need a place in Pampatar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The experience was great! We definitely felt right at home, the apartment is very complete, they take into account all the details and are very attentive to the guests. Mrs. Made is the best! It goes beyond a simple accommodation, she makes the experience comfortable and unparalleled and is always ready to answer any questions! Enrique’s Place was a fantastic stay for our trip to Margarita Island. The apartment is very centrally located — within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other key spots, which made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kept, offering plenty of space and comfort for our group of five. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee. A special thanks to Neida, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enrique’s Place to anyone planning a visit to Margarita. Highly recommended!

Great hosts, we were received by José, Faviola's father. Very receptive, communicative and kind. We didn't have any problems, great space. And there's a very important point, it has a “stock” of water, in case it's missing, this is very important. There are no negative points. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Excellent location, the apartment met everything described, the internet is fast so if you work remotely you will have no problems, the service was quite friendly. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Excellent stay in Porlamar, it has a pool and beach. The building is quiet and clean. The apartment is just like the photos, the bathrooms impeccable, the view is beautiful and relaxing, it is equipped with all the cooking utensils, it has water tanks so it always has water. It has TV, WiFi. Everything is excellent. Except the pillows a little high and the mattress a little hard for being orthopedic, take your precautions. Everything else is very good and they are both very friendly, very detailed with information. I'd go again!

Excellent host. Emma always actively communicated to make my arrival and departure easy. She attended to my needs and questions. The air conditioning works perfectly, which helps when arriving from the heat of the beach. A good place to go with groups. I would take caution that there are several stairs, but they have staff who helped me carry my bags up. Pampatar is a perfect place to stay

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the area is quiet and with many places nearby to eat, it has roofed parking, the host is very friendly, the only theme is that the water tanks are small for 6 people, you have to be cautious with the use and be aware of leaving the key open so that they fill (the good thing is that water arrives every day)... everything else is impeccable, recommended
