Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

I really enjoyed the space... Very clean and inviting. This property has all the necessities and is also close to all, but also just far enough to get some peace and quiet when desired. Highly Recommended.

This was an incredible stay from start to finish. Security was top-notch, which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. Accessing the building was seamless and hassle-free. The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best I’ve seen in Medellín. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I return to the city. As a small gesture, I left an umbrella behind for the next guest—hope it comes in handy! Highly recommend this stay.

What an amazing city. If you are traveling from the US I can't reccomend this place enough. The apartment was amazing, modern, clean, and what a beautiful view! Lots of security and guest friendly. Only issue I had was with the jacuzzi and only that it takes about 5 hours to heat up so I didn't get to utilize it the first night. Staff doesn't speak much english but that's to be expected. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. It's a hidden jewel in the middle of the city. But its a surprise because it is. super quiet inside the apartment. Very spacious, clean, and modern. It is nice if you like to walk and explore, because it is more in the valley so the neighborhood doesn't have too many hills. It is also very close to Zona Manila, which is a upbeat and vibrant new area, full of restaurants. I would walk over every day. I can't say enough nice things about this apt. Definitely one of my Favorites !!!!

I don't usually stay in Provenza, but the unit looked really well located / well designed / big. While the building is old (enough that I was a little concerned when I arrived), the moment I opened the door I was blown away - super industrial but somehow "homey" feel - super spacious, well laid out, lots of open space. Rick and his team were super helpful / friendly, and they warned me ahead of time that there was construction going on - it was barely noticeable. Great location - easy walking distance to everything in Provenza, HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Five out of five stars!

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, all you need for a pleasant cozy stay, location is perfect, close to everything. Private location. I definitively will rent the place again for my next stay in Medellin

First off, Andrea was a fantastic host who was very attentive and proactive. Her communication was impeccable and made us feel right at home. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of useful essentials also the neighborhood was very private and calm. There are many restaurants that are in walking distance and there’s a decent gym a block away. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend booking with Andrea, you won’t regret it! Would definitely comeback!

One of my favorite airbnbs...the view from the huge balcony was incredible! Everything was very clean and as advertised. We used the gym and sauna which were the perfect cherry on top. Loved this stay, thank you Santiago!

I’ve stayed 71 days in Soul, and what a great experience that was. One of the things I love the most about Medellín are the views, so I was super happy to learn that the terrazzo from Soul has breathtaking views at night, which became even more enjoyable because you can experience it from the pool and the jacuzzi. The place is super clean, the staff is VERY VERY attentive, the apartment looks just like the pictures, and I have to mention the bed… That was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. I found the gym very well equipped, and has nice views as well! There’s a coffe/restaurant downstairs and I was so happy to learn that they have a lot of vegan options!! The building is very well located, close to a supermarket, and less than 20 minutes walking from Provenza (with a car is about 5). I’d definitely recommend it as a stay!

Caro’s place is an awesome place to stay ,, Energy building is a very safe place where all the staff is looking up for the well being of their guest,,, is a very chill and relax place to stay , as longest you comply with the rules and common decency of the building you won’t be restricted , really felt like home and definitely will be my first choice for my next visit to Medellin Caro is a great host , very responsive and attentive with any question that you might have about places in Medellin.

Had a fantastic stay, property is even more beautiful in person. Sean, Sandra and the whole team are super friendly and responsive. Plenty of open space and natural light, gaming/lounge area on the second level was a great spot for everyone to hang out. there is a 24 hour pharmacy 2 minute walk away which is very convenient.

Absolutely stunning penthouse, so large, fully stocked, clean, expansive. We didn’t even get to fully utilize everything offered because it was in such a great location we were having such a great time. I will definitely be coming back here. The hosts were super accommodating, the concierge was fantastic, responsive, and incredibly helpful. This is beyond a 5 star. I’d give it 6 if possible.

I would've paid double per night to stay at this penthouse again. The view is spectacular. I don't know any other listing on Airbnb where you feel like you are on top of the world in Medellin. Christian is a number one host, any special request he had no issue with the fulfilling. I already plan to book again next month 10/10.. not one negative thing to say about my experience at this house.
