I had a wonderful time in Maria's apartment, which is very well located in a secure and accessible part of the city. There are numerous shops nearby, as well as an excellent gym, all within walking distance of the apartment.

Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hospedaje. El apartamento estaba impecable, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos para una estadía cómoda y tranquila. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. Como única recomendación, sugerimos que Airbnb mejore el desglose de precios en su plataforma, ya que el costo adicional por llevar mascota no aparecía detallado previamente. Queremos aclarar que esto no fue un problema del anfitrión, sino de la plataforma. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí!

Pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es la atención. Laura es una anfitriona excepcional: siempre atenta, cordial, respetuosa y, a la vez, muy amigable. Su comunicación fue impecable desde el principio, brindándonos recomendaciones útiles y solucionando nuestras inquietudes y requerimientos con rapidez y eficiencia. ¡Definitivamente una súper anfitriona! Además, el personal de mantenimiento es increíblemente amable y servicial. En especial, queremos destacar a Leidy, la encargada principal, quien siempre mostró una actitud amigable y una gran disposición para ayudar, asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera perfecta. Una casa muy espaciosa, cómoda, amplia, cocina muy bien equipada, zona de aseo con su lavadora y secadora, ideal para grupo de personas, tiene su parqueadero con puerta automática, la ubicación es muy buena porque hay muchos restaurantes en el sector, me sentí como en casa yo Me volvería a quedar muchas veces allí, y la anfitriona junto con Andrea muy amables, muy oportunas, siempre resuelven respuestas, y atentas a todo. 10/10

La casa es tal cual como se refleja en las fotos, de hecho mas linda y cómoda, cocina muy completa. En pocos alojamientos consigues tanta comodidad con el número de baños, si bien no fuimos con niños nos parece super q tengan un espacio con muebles para ellos , tablero, y una pared para q puedan jugar. Eduardo fue muy especial, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones acerca de que sitios visitar tanto para conocer como para comer. El café del lado de la casa es espectacular. Volveríamos sin dudarlo y lo recomendaremos con toda seguridad.
