A 40-square-meter apartment on the first floor of El Cabañal, with a 15-step staircase typical of the construction in the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia! Staircase that gives access to two apartments, both of which I own. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available at all times via the app, 24 hours a day. For any questions, needs, or problems, you can count on us! If something breaks in this house, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At check-out time, the most important thing is not to forget anything you might need later. On a sunny day, take a sunbathing session on the balcony. At night, enjoy outdoor dining in the spacious balcony or explore the trendy bars in the area for some fine tapas and red wine.

Single family chalet in the Perellonet area, in development with seasonal communal pool and direct beach access in 1 min walk. It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, living room and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.

Renovated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment with a modern, fresh and cosy décor to accommodate 6 people. The neighborhood is quiet but all the amenities are very close by including transport, beach, restaurants and night clubs. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.
