Vacation rentals with a pool in El Palmar, Pobles del Sud

Santiago was responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, accommodated 7 adults and 4 children with ease. There is a large fenced off area in the back where children can play safely.

The accommodation was perfect and matched the description. Communication was very smooth. We had everything we needed and the garden is beautiful.

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. Modern apartment, with a very spacious living room with a great TV and a beautiful balcony, everything was very good, but the best thing was Jorge's attention. He is a very attentive host and helps you with everything. I recommend it!!!!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

The suite was beautiful and well appointed. Walking distance to anything we wanted to do. Reyse was very accommodating and helpful.

Maria's apartment is wonderful: super clean, spacious, full of light and very quiet. And the best part is that it's just 2 minutes away from the subway, so you can be in the historic center or on the beach in no time. We loved everything! Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

One of my greatest air b and b stays EVER! The host was there for us every step of the way and helped us in more ways then I can even explain!! 😊 would 100 percent stay again and recommend anyone I know staying in this area to book! She is amazing human being. Also with us being from Canada and not for Europe she made us feel so at home. Her home felt like are home❤️

We had an amazing time. A very good location and David was always attentive. Excellent for spending a few quiet days with the family by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

A perfect stay in this beautiful and large villa, a huge living space downstairs conducive to conviviality with friends, many large rooms with quality bedding. We fully enjoyed the terrace with the sun for lunch, the outdoor kitchen is just great, the second fridge was a plus for our group of 16 people, there is even a shower and toilet. A very well-equipped and suitable for groups. A very quiet environment, a Mercadona 2 minutes away, the sea 5 minutes by car, shops and restaurants nearby as well as the metro that connects to the center of Valencia in 20 minutes. And what about our host Juan, we had a 5-star welcome with drinks and local products, he took the time to advise us on places to visit, restaurants, activities. He is the best host ever met, availability, kindness, responsive, he does everything for his guests. A beautiful person. Thank you for everything Juan, we'll be back.

The house is a family home which sleeps up to ten people. Don’t expect luxury or modern facilities. It is more like being invited into someone’s home.
