Carlos' apartment has everything you need to have an excellent stay in Jalapa, everything is very clean and tidy. Communication from the start was excellent and he was also very friendly and approachable. I would definitely go back to this place.

This is a beautiful place, close to the city, with a spectacular view. The sunset can be enjoyed for many hours, a real beauty. The house is spacious and very comfortable and was impeccable. It's a couple of minutes away from lagoon access. My whole family was delighted and we will surely be back. Another thing to mention is that Oscar and Marta, the local workers, are very attentive and helpful. In short, an excellent option.

The accommodation is as described. Food, safe, clean, with parking, fluid communication with staff. The place is nice and there are restaurants in the area, you can also cook in the cabin there is everything you need. Important that the final lapse at the destination is terracería and a small and low cart may have inconveniences, especially in the rainy season.

Excellent place, I went with my family and we were all delighted, congratulations to the manager who helped us with everything and the cleaning lady, all very kind.

Walter is very friendly and his place is very accommodating. It is similar to what you see on the photos and it has everything you need to spend a comfortable night. Each room has its own TV I don’t watch tv but the kids do so kudos to that! Also is not very easy to find the house if you are trying to get there at night since the numbers are not clearly visible and I had some trouble accessing the house since the door lock wasn’t working but Walter was accessible to give me alternatives and responded very quick. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back in the future.
