Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Houch. Le studio était grand, propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la literie confortable. Le logement est très bien situé, à 200 m de la mer, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le communication était facile. Sana était disponible, réactive tout en étant discrète. Nous recommandons le logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir 😊 !

I stayed in four different guesthouses in Djerba during these holidays, and they were absolutely incredible—far beyond what I expected for the price. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by two extra days. Everything was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and truly made me feel like a VIP. Thank you so much! Keep doing what you’re doing because you truly stand out. If I ever return, I wouldn’t think twice about staying with you again. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the seamless taxi booking to the secure garden, the hairdryer, and, of course, the always-smiling and welcoming host. And on my last day, which was already a special one, I was lucky enough to try a meal cooked by the house mama—honestly, the best food I’ve had in all of Djerba. Thank you so, so much!

9 personnes avec ados et un enfant et nous sommes tous unanimes : ce fut un excellent séjour! Concernant l'hôte Marwan: il est TRES sympathique et réactif. Il nous a bien accueilli et nous a donné des tuyaux pour les activités d'ailleurs un petit livret était dispo pour avoir un certains nombre d'info et c'etait bien utile! Un grand merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité sur whatapps :) Une villa très agréable correspondant à nos attentes avec une belle piscine, un beau patio et des équipements très utiles comme wifi, lave-vaisselle & lave-linge. A noter qu'il y a entre autres : des ustensiles pour cuisiner (casseroles, assiettes, verres..), des articles pour faire le ménage, des serviettes, voire des épices ;) A proximité à pied: des épiceries et boulangeries, la corniche avec restos & café, le centre de Houmsouk et le complexe Marina (restos et accès aux bateaux pirate). Bref, nous avons été ravis et c'est un de nos meilleurs souvenirs!!

Superbe villa à 3min de Midoun. La villa est spacieuse, bien aménagée, parfaitement équipée. Dans un quartier très paisible, sans vis-à-vis. Jardin et piscine au calme. Randa est une hôtesse Airbnb parfaite, qui s'assure que le séjour dans sa villa se passe bien. L'accueil par l'agent sur place est super. Serviable et disponible si besoin. La villa se situe à quelques km de la zone touristique très facile d'accès. Je recommande cette location à 100% !

Not saying I would stay again - just booked the place to spend the rest of our holiday there. It is a prefect location to discover Djerba and if don't feel like taking a taxi and checking out the beaches or crocodiles, i recommend going early to fish-market to get some fresh prawns and grilling them at home, spending time with family by the private pool and just taking time to be.

Ein modernes und sauberes Haus. Ideal, um Zeit mit Ihrer Familie zu verbringen. Geeignet für diejenigen, die auf der Suche nach Privatsphäre. Zum Strand des Hotels El Jezzira, den wir zufällig entdeckt haben, sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß. An diesem Strand kostet das offene Mittagsbuffet zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr, unbegrenzte Getränke und sogar die Nutzung des Pools nur 70 Dinar. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Hotel weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist, aber in diesem Fall ist der nette Vater des Besitzers immer für einen da und er ist auch für einen selbst da. Er bringt uns immer dorthin, wo wir hinwollen und gibt uns immer Informationen über die Region. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht, mit ihm zu plaudern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Dankeschön

The space is like living in a private luxury compound. The villa is private and very peaceful. We loved the fully equipped kitchen. Carrefour hypermarket was less than 10 minutes by car, Géant about 15, and Aghir beach is about 10. Be aware, that you would need a car to efficiently get around, as the town center, although quick by car, is about an hour on foot. There are bicycles available. WiFi was stable and relatively fast, but you must recharge the Orange account to be able to use it, unless the previous guest has leftover capacity or time. We went to the main Orange office near the Carrefour. There are different packages available, and it was a simple procedure. The pool was divine, and there are many seating and dining spaces on both levels, with or without shade. The pool got plenty of sunshine. Although there were air conditioners throughout the villa, we didn't require their use at all during our 5 nights in April. We found the beds comfortable. Really a very enjoyable stay.

we had a lovely week walking along the beach. it was off season so very quiet we loved being able to walk out of the door onto the beach in the morning and it seems as if it's the nicest area on the island behind our very nice old established pretty houses. so I think it's a very nice, safe, beautiful area and there is a very nice supermarket called Al Jazeera which has high quality goods. The apartment is very spacious and very clean and Wala did everything he could to help. if we needed it we would stay there again definitely

The house and gardens are beautiful, they have renovated very nicely and it is well appointed. The host's family takes good care of you and the meals they prepare are delicious and well valued, lots of food for the price! There are lots of nooks and crannies to relax in open air spaces. Each of the 4 bedroom suites has a sitting area and a bathroom, so great for multiple families/couples looking for their private space. One thing to note is that larger central gathering areas are mostly outside, so if the weather is cool be prepared. The Carthage suite has a u-shaped seating area that can be used for indoor gathering as well as the kitchen with a table seating of 6. Suggest having a vehicle is preferable, or prepare to use taxis, as it is a bit out of town, but that made for a peaceful and quiet sleep. All in all a lovely spot that we would stay in again in warmer weather when we could enjoy the pool more!

Le logement est vraiment typique et très propre ! il est très spacieux et offre tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison ! je recommande vivement cette location. Tout est accessible à pied, restaurant, supermarché, souk, bars, magasins, banque... Manel est une personne bienveillante qui est toujours restée à l écoute, mais aussi très serviable et avec de bons conseils ! vraiment très sympathique ! Nous avons fait également la connaissance de son mari, très sympathique aussi, qui fait parti de l' agence Fram et qui a pu nous organiser deux jours fantastiques dans le désert ! je recommande vivement cette excursion 😊

la maison est spacieuse, ,avec tout le confort je recommande. la piscine est un vrai plus, la proximité de Midoun est un plus, les plages sont accessible en voiture. la maison est gérée par une agence. il se trouve que malheureusement la personne en charge a rencontré une difficulté d'ordre personnelle. il aurait donc été utile de disposer dans la maison d'un guide d'accueil (mot de passe wifi, quoi faire dans les environs, comment faire marcher le jaccuzi, etc). pour information le wifi était très instable pendant notre séjour.

Abderraouf est une personne exceptionnelle, tout c’est très bien passé. Ils nous à recommandé de très bons restaurants à proximité, il connaît très bien la région et a donc su bien nous conseiller. Sécurité garantie, le bungalow se trouve à deux minutes à pieds d’une magnifique plage. Le garde qui est sur place est aussi très sympathique. Nous reviendrons !! My wife and I had an incredible experience during our stay in Djerba, thanks to Salah and his wife. They went above and beyond to make us feel like part of their family. Salah not only drove us to the best seafood spots on the island, but he also personally dropped us off at the airport at the end of our stay. The highlight of our trip was being invited to his brother's wedding, where we had the unique opportunity to experience a traditional Tunisian wedding for the first time. The place itself was exactly as shown in the photos—tidy, clean, and very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and generosity made our trip unforgettable. We can't thank them enough for their warm hospitality. We highly recommend Salah's services and are already looking forward to seeing them again soon.

Wir wurden nett empfangen. Von Hakims Unterkunft konnte man alles schnell und gut erreichen. Es gab in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um sich zu versorgen. Hakim ist auf alle meine Fragen eingegangen. Meine Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ihren Spaß im Pool mit seinen Kindern. Wir würden nochmals dahin fahren, falls es sich ergibt. Tolle nette Familie.

Hôte très réactif. Réponds aux messages dans un délai rapide. Réponds aux demandes pour un besoin particulier dans le logement. La maison superbe, grand espace de vie. Le mobilier confortable. TV, WIFI opérationnelles. Des chambres et salles de bain a l'étage qui peuvent être réservés aux enfants, car il y a une autre chambre et salle de bain au RDC qui peut être pour les parents. La piscine bien exposée. Table de ping-pong. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement.

Excellent séjour pour nous en famille, nous sommes venus avec 3 enfants. La villa est parfaitement équipée et conforme aux photos. Magnifique piscine sans vis à vis, très agréable. Bien situé également, quelques minutes en voiture pour les plages et les divers restaurants ou activités variées! Il faut louer une voiture car difficile à expliquer aux taxis. Je recommande sans hésitation, un grand merci à Yacine et Nicole pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil!

Séjour parfait ! Onsi est un hôte exceptionnel, très accueillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est top, propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Onsi habite juste à côté, donc si jamais il y a le moindre souci ou question, il est là pour aider rapidement. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Mentions spéciale pour Rim qui m’a donné tout son carnet d’adresses et de taxi afin que je puisse profiter de mon voyage !!

Très bon séjour.. l'appartement est idéalement situé si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé.. au pied d'une surface commerciale et des taxis.. correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.. le logement est ensoleillé toute la matinée.. parfait pour les petits déjeuners sur le balcon en cette saison.. Sana was very friendly and supportive, the apartment and the pool very clean. The only thing that is important to know: to reach the nearest beach you need to take a taxi or drive a car if you rent one, as it is located in around 6-8km from the apartment. It was a bit sad to find out that you can’t just go to the beach and swim :) but apart from that I really enjoyed this place!
