We had already had the opportunity to visit Villa Los Cabos before, however, not in New Year's Eve seasons. It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. The person who supported us with the cleanliness in the 10-A, extremely attentive and helpful. Super recommended.

Very nice place, clean and organized. The host from start to finish was aware of our way and our stay. Welcome even with cold coconuts they welcomed us and includes details such as having beach chairs, balls and toys for the kids. Excellent choice.

The apartment has a very beautiful view, it is a very quiet area, the apartment has everything you need to have a great vacation. The pools are very nice and the security of the place is very good.

The amenities are impressive in the condominium, very good to spend a few days relaxing with the family. The apartment needs maintenance, although the value for the price is adequate.

Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

Everything is going well

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! If you see this review, 10/10 this place for your vacation in Monterrico 👍🏻

We loved the house, it has everything for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is fully stocked, it has all the utensils you need, the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool is the perfect size and the jacuzzi, the water has a perfect temperature. Byron and Don Hector are super friendly and helpful. I loved it, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. I would go back many more times!

The house is beautiful, it's just as described and seen in photos. Check-in was very easy, it was very clean and tidy and the pool is large and with a good depth! The condominium is very quiet and you can walk to the beach on a very nice, pleasant and unique path. Juan was quite communicative, accessible and gave us accurate information. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

My family and I loved our quick stay here. It was peaceful, close to the beach, and everyone loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. We got in a bit early and check in was flexible and straightforward. The house is a quick walk to the beach, and the pool was spotless and perfect to relax in the sun. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice retreat for a few days.

Great place to go on family or friends trip

Wonderful accommodation. Beautiful house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room, balcony and beautiful view, beautiful pool, beautiful location on the beach. We would love to come back.

Very happy with our selection. The villa is very nice and with a very nice view to the sea. My children really enjoyed the pool that is quite spacious and well designed for children. The balcony was my favorite place, where we ate with the sound of the sea in the background. Virginia was very attentive, we will definitely be back!

Everything was fine Villa los Cabos is always cheerful and there is so much to do
