It is a very cozy place with an amazing view and the perfect weather. The whole place is clean and tidy. A very good experience and we leave with a great memory of this stay. and of course we'll be back.

We spent a little over two weeks here for an adoption. It was great to have lots of space, a well stocked kitchen, a clothes washer, and the pool. Daniel was always very responsive to us, and he allowed us to extend our stay by a couple of days while we waited for the adoption process. At the home, Jose was always around and ready to help with anything we needed.

Excellent place, very comfortable to share with the family. The information with the instructions to get there was clear, the person who received us was very attentive, kind and Andrés was attentive to any concerns, the place is just as it is in the photos. we definitely liked it a lot. Excellent.

I had the opportunity to stay at Casa, which is a delight, and the experience was excellent from the first moment. The place is cozy, clean and very tastefully decorated, which creates a relaxing and homey atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good speed Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. Also the bathroom was spotless. What really made the difference was the staff's service. They were always friendly, attentive and willing to help with local recommendations. The location is also ideal, close to downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and quality service.

Beautiful property and very private. The pool attendant came every morning by 7am to clean the pool. A very relaxing atmosphere and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back!

The place is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and the view is very nice. Pedro was always very attentive to the questions we had and Alex and Lucero behaved wonderfully, one of the days was quite rainy and the jacuzzi saved the day to be outside for a while. There are a couple of bathrooms without a hot shower but we managed to handle it without a problem (something difficult to convince a small child that he should bathe with cold water on a rainy day after leaving a jacuzzi hehehe).

We stayed here as we waiting for our court date to finalize our international adoption in La Mesa. The house was beautiful and they helped connect us with the most amazing housekeeper/cook. We adored her and she treated us like family.

Our experience was amazing. From the beginning, Camilo's service was excellent: he was always very attentive to everything we needed. We had an issue with the barbecue, but it was resolved immediately thanks to their willingness and speed. The house was spotless, very clean and organized. It's totally worth staying there. Since we arrived, we've been feeling very good. Ronald welcomed us kindly and he, along with Hernan, treated us in an incredible way throughout the stay. The facilities are beautiful, lots of nature around to unplug and have a good time of quality with family and friends, sharing in the hot pool or next to the fireplace.

We loved the De La Ruta cabin, cozy, comfortable, impeccable and very well distributed, surrounded by nature and very well designed spaces to rest and enjoy, with a beautiful view. Excellent service and delicious food. We'll be back soon.

Thanks to Fernando and Mr. Alex for their attention during our stay. The house is just as seen in the photos, very colorful, which makes it a cheerful space with many contrasts with the natural environment. My family and I were very comfortable, the kitchen with everything you need, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool was a little cloudy. I understand that it had part of natural water, but it has an impact because you can't see the bottom of the pool. It is a place to disconnect from everything, appreciate the beauty of the landscape and escape the fast-paced city life. Mr. Alex was very attentive, he helped us with addresses which we appreciated a lot because if for some reason you don't bring everything you need for your stay, he can help with the shopping. The road is unpaved in some very short stretches, but being a hill, it causes a bit of anxiety, which is actually more perception because even a small car can climb it without much difficulty.

It really was a relaxing trip, it was the first time visiting Arbelaez and we loved the weather, very nice for us and for our pet. The house is very close to the village, where we were able to relax. In addition, the entire lot is fenced with a cyclonic mesh and a living fence, which provides privacy. The house is cool and has everything you need. On the other hand, Erika was always attentive. It was an excellent stay.
