A great deal! Good place for month long stay or so. Kitchen is basic but serviceable for meals. AC is great to have in Jan/feb when Medellin is super hot. Jorge is a great host who even helped put a small desk in the apartment so I could work from home. Fridge, microwave, wifi, hot water, all work well. Only slight negative is the noise. The windows are sound proof and generally it is quiet, at least at night when trying to go to bed. But it can get a bit noisy with trucks passing by in the early morning. I managed to solve this with a small fan for white noise. For value, it’s hard to beat this deal in Medellin. Would probably stay again.

The best the attention of Luis who is in charge of delivering the apto, the cleanliness was excellent, the apt is in a central place and facilitates access to the tourist offer of Medellín. On the arrival it was observed that there was no hot water and the solution was managed with the technician immediately, aspect that gives an extra value to the attention. The comfortable beds, the apto is equipped with everything you need. 👌🏾👍🏾 EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT

The accommodation is excellent and just what I was looking for, it is located in a central area, in the stadium, close to the metro and tourist sites. It is close to a shopping center, D1, bakeries, shops. A very quiet and safe neighborhood. With a park and a super close church. Juan, the host is very attentive, friendly and responds quickly to messages. Really it's a great option, I would definitely walk back there again. Excellent!!!

The place is amazing, the landscape is wonderful and the house is spectacular. The beds are a little hard but I have no words to describe the place... a WONDER. Betty and Helena, who welcomed us, were very kind. In the rooms, the perfume they put was very nice but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely 100% recommended.

An unforgettable stay in Medellín! This mansion was absolutely incredible—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing chef who prepared delicious breakfast and lunch for us every day. Every meal felt like something out of a high-end restaurant! On top of that, the concierge service was top-notch. They helped us with everything we needed, from transportation to reservations, making our stay completely stress-free. Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

I was a great little place. It had everything that I needed. It was in a nice neighborhood. The train station is right there, so you can go anywhere. I really enjoyed my time.

This place was prefect location for Lleras Parque and all the shops. The jacuzzi was the center peace for entertainment. There’s even a cool balcony that is perfect for a cup of Colombian coffee. Also, the cleaning Luisa came everyday and kept the place tidy. Thank you for an awesome vacation.
