The 1 room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2016 renovated old building multi-family house in the beautiful Cologne Lindenthal, just before the Cologne Belt, near the University Hospital. Despite the central location (bus to the city center and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away), it is quiet in the apartment, as it is located in a rear building. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Quiet apartment facing the courtyard in the trendy district of Cologne Ehrenfeld. Also very suitable for trade fair visitors. The "Köln-Ehrenfeld" train station is just 300 meters from the apartment. It is only 3 stops to Köln Messe/Deutz (10 minutes by car). The apartment is equipped with, among other things, 600 Mbit fiber optic internet (LAN and WiFi) and a 32" TV by the bed with a FireTV stick (Amazon Prime and Netflix included). Large king-size double bed with a full-length mattress and full-length duvet.

This spacious and bright studio (26 m²), featuring a kitchenette and a separate bathroom, is situated on a quiet and very attractive residential street – on the raised ground floor of a 19th-century building. In front of the flat is a small garden area with two chairs and a table for your exclusive use. Several train, tram and bus services stop within walking distance. There is also a supermarket (120 metres away), a bakery and a variety of cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise
