This apartment was great and in the perfect location near lots of cafes and restaurants. Simon was responsive and helped answer any questions quickly. I would stay here again or recommend it to others.

The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

The host was very polite, the apartment as described and the neighborhood very peaceful.

We loved staying at the location, there was a nicely sized living room, a nice balcony for having your coffee in the morning! Kitchen had everything we needed utility-wise. Bathrooms (2 toilets, one with a shower) were clean and had fancy mirrors. ACs were working great (even though you don't really need them at night, the air is great!) The host was very communicative if we had any questions. Nice big TV in the living room if you want to watch some Netflix or bring your own Nintendo Switch etc. for some games. We had a great time and I would recommend checking this place out for yourself. We will definitely consider this location when we travel again.

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

Beautiful place at a convenient location. We needed to stay close to the hospital and this was a great location. The area has an atm, coffee shops, and supermarket within walking distance. Mall of Cyprus is a few minutes away. The apartment itself looks recently renovated; it’s a huge place and our group enjoyed the spaciousness. It was easy to get deliveries and we managed to cook and bake as well. It has the most gorgeous view of Nicosia, the place is gorgeous sunrise to sunset. Beds were comfortable and we slept well with plenty of pillows and blankets to stay warm. There are several sofas to socialize as well. Tatiana and her husband were very kind, accommodating, we had a few hiccups during which they were easy to reach and helped out. Only tip is that the lights in the entry and hallway need to be turned on manually so first few days we didn’t know and navigated in the dark until one of our delivery drivers used it. Overall highly recommend!

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Theodora is a wonderful host, always responding quickly and politely. Her apartment is very artistic. It is beatifully decorated and has a yard at the front, where you can enjoy your coffee. Many bakeries, super markets, and restaurants are nearby. The city center is easily reached by bus or taxi. Totally recommend it!

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

50 meters to the main street, 50 meters to the grocery store in Nicosia, very close to the Gönyeli circle, so our transportation was very comfortable. Ms. Zeynep's kindness was a huge plus to reach her almost every hour and answer our questions. Most importantly, we felt the cleanliness of the house and the amenities like our own home, you can keep it carefree in every way. A spacious house, pillows and linens are very clean, which we liked the most, was that it was hygienic, and we did not experience a single negativity. Highly recommend, you can keep it without a second thought.

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. I had 3 days in Oct here with a friend before moving to Protaras. I knew I would return in the spring if Christakis had availability. Perfect location for me, a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants plus close to the salt lakes. Very quiet at night, comfy bed. Netflix for free was a real treat 👍 When you arrive tired from travelling there are lots of other bits that are much appreciated like salt/ pepper/ herbs and spices, milk & water. Will definitely return next year if he has availability. Thanks again 👏

Had an excellent stay! We were moved to a different flat due to some repairs, but Christos was excellent with communication and explanation and made the process very smooth. Lovely interior, just what we were looking for. Would stay again!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The house was very beautiful and the most important detail was clean. The fact that it was 10 minutes away from the airport was also easy for transportation. Mr. Cemil immediately returned to our messages and was interested, thank you.
