On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with everything you need and a large terrace with sofas and tables in front of a 250 meter garden with lawn and flowers and 2 swings! „All rooms have air conditioning, except for the downstairs room, which is extremely cool!” The distance to the city center is 5 minutes walk and to the sea are 1100 meters, 15-20 minutes walk! There are frequent minibuses and there is also a train! The train station is a 10 minute walk away! The distance to Techirghiol Therapeutic Lake is 4 km! !
