Apartment vacation rentals in Edmonton

The place was perfect for what we needed. We wanted our own space to wind down between family get togethers and rest at night. Having our own private space to possibly cook, and relax was great. The laundry machines in suite were a huge win as well.

We only got to stay for the one night, but the location was amazing. We went to an oilers game which was just a 5 minute walk to Roger’s place. David was a wonderful host! I highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

It’s our second time staying here. During our stay, there were few things we needed to communicate with the owner and they responded very quickly as usual to solve the issues. The interior design of this unit is just as good as another basement unit with different style. Having 2 private parking spaces is definitely a bonus! (1 in the detached garage and 1 on the driveway) The owners are very friendly people and always willing to help if you have any questions. Highly recommended to those who are searching for a convenient location, super friendly host and comfy homelike environment to stay! :)

Accommodations are very nice, comfortable and exactly as expected. Space is bigger than the photos. Coffee and French press were nice to enjoy on the balcony! Close to amenities as well.

This place was an amazing place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. Our little furry Steve Erwin felt right at home as well. Good job and one of the best AirBnBs we stayed at!!!

It was an awesone stay for an awesome price and prime location! Darrel was very considerate and thoughtful as i initially wanted to pre-extend my stay but unfortunately someone was booked but left early, he gave me a call to inform me of it but i unfortunately booked somewhere else i couldn’t cancel anymore but still it was nice of him to do so. My only negative experience is that i think the shower needs calibration or replaced as i had a bit of a hard time adjusting the temperature of the water, found a few hair on the shower wall as well. But overall its such a good stay, host and value for money! 10/10 would stay again and rave about it!

Also, you are in a highly walkable area. Kind, responsive, and friendly host ... Nothing to change. Simply an incredible unit, and experience!

We had a lovely stay at Robert’s listing. It is just as pictured, clean and in a quiet cozy neighbourhood. Robert was very helpful and accommodating through out our stay. Great experience!

The place was nice and cozy. Peaceful easy vibes. Great neighborhood that’s not overwhelmingly busy. Being a basement suite the ceilings are nice and tall. I’m 6’8” tall and had no issues with having to duck also the shower was 8’ high. Perfect all around. It was my first experience with Airbnb and the host made me feel relaxed and at home. Good communication. As a carpenter myself I noticed the craftsmanship of the suite. Well done, contemporary and Beautiful all around. Highly recommend.

If we could give this apartment 6 stars we would! Minh sent us detailed instructions in advance, and responded quickly to any queries. The area was peaceful but convenient to drive to Edmonton's sights. The apartment was clean, really spacious, and not only did it have the advertised facilities, it was really well stocked with kitchen & bathroom items, and a box of treats. Thanks for such a great place to stay!

Christiana was really nice and responsive. The place was nice but the washer in the unit can be accessed by the tenants upstairs. Aside from that, the place was at a nice location with amenities and the UofA nearby.

Pros The living room, kitchen and dining room are pretty spacious. The TV is huge and has plenty of tv series and films to watch. The neighbourhood is quiet. By taking one or more than one buses, it basically takes you the majority places in the city. Fast food restaurants and supermarkets are in the vicinity. The closest supermarket is around 25 mins on foot and 5 mins by bus, while restaurants are about 5 mins on foot. Shampoo and body wash is provided by the host. The back garden is large. Cons The bedroom might be a small for two people but one person is just about enough. Toilet paper is given by the host, however only 4 rolls are given, although my stay is 2 months. Shared laundry machine and drying machine are available. But I thought they were in the apartment (Advantage or disadvantage). In the first 2-3 weeks of October , the drying machine was out of order. Lots of glassware and silverware are provided but if sharper and longer knives were available, it would be ideal.

Sandy has a great place to stay. Everything is clean and cozy, despite the apartments being in a ground floor. Might be gloomy during the cloudy days, but there is a lot of light inside.

The listing is accurate, and the hosts do a good job ensuring the suite is well-stocked with everything you would need during a stay. The building is a bit older and the neighborhood isn't the best in the city. However, I had no problems with anything in the area during my 6-week stay, and it is really easy to access a lot of the best parts of Edmonton from this location. I never actually met the owners during my time there as the entry is contactless, but they answered all messages communicated during the time window in a timely fashion. Overall, for the price point, this unit provides solid accommodations and I would stay here again if needed.
