Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Edgewater

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

We chose John's place because it was a block from our Son's house in Butcher's Hill. We would choose it again because it was a beautiful place with everything you could need thoughtfully supplied. John was super responsive to every question and communication, which is a big plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

This place was so peaceful. I really felt comfortable and relaxed. It’s a very beautiful area.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

Joyce was the most welcoming host we have met in our many AirBnb stays. She wanted to learn about us and wanted to personally welcome us as soon as we reached her home. The basement apartment doesn’t feel like a basement. Extremely clean and well provisioned for us . The most powerful experience was how our interaction with Joyce and her family left us with a new FRIENDS in Annapolis, pleasantly way above our initial expectations! We highly recommend Joyce’s home for visits to the Annapolis area! We’ll be back at Joyce’s place!

This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

We stayed at Danielle's Airbnb for a family get together. There was plenty of room in the house for the six of us staying there and the rooms were comfortable and clean. View from the second story balcony was amazing - that evening we watched the thunderstorm from there. The rest of our family joined us at the house the next day. There were 2 picnic tables on the side of the house where there was adequate room for us to eat, though the grill provided was very small. Spent time around the fire pit on the front lawn in the evening. The property, itself is small, so there is no backyard space to offer privacy. The grassy expanse and water across the road provided a feeling of openness to the area. We reached out to Danielle with several issues which she responded to immediately. She's very easy to work with and wants to make your stay as nice as possible.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Beautiful place with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had thought of everything! Clear instructions, great recommendations for local spots etc. And the huge backyard and deck was perfect for us and our pups. Very comfortable beds and pillows too! Finally, host communicated so well and was incredibly accommodating.

I stayed here the week of my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! From waking up each morning to have coffee on the dock with my pups and husband, to the beautiful views from each room in the house, we truly had a lovely time and chose the right Airbnb for such a special week in our lives.

We loved our stay at Monica’s place! Her Airbnb was the cleanest we have stayed in (and I’m very picky about only staying in ones with good ratings for cleanliness, so that says a lot!). It was very well-furnished and beautiful. She provided extra supplies as well (tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, bottled water). She responded very quickly to any questions, and accommodated us with a later check out when we asked! She also provided us with a residential parking permit during our stay, which allowed us to not have to pay for any parking, as her Airbnb was within walking distance of all of the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay there again if we are in the area!

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

Had a wedding at the Chesapeake yacht club and its location worked great! Beat staying in a noisy hotel. Loved sitting on the dock. Very quiet place to relax. House looks small but that is deceiving. Place has room for everyone to Find their own quite relaxing space.

THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! Nina was so kind and threw in a few decorations because it was my wedding day which was so incredibly sweet. Everything was clean and ready to use and the house is a great space. Nina was so so quick to respond. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Abaad was very nice, proactive, communicative. The Airbnb was nice, as pictured. Would stay again.

We had a great time once again staying here. It is just steps from the main gate of USNA and the downtown activities and restaurants. Caite was also responsive and very flexible with us and our needs.

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

Willie’s place is at a spectacular location with great access to buses/trains to both DC and the Pentagon area. Overall, a very safe neighborhood and the apartment is in great conditions. While you can hear upstairs people’s footsteps, it didn’t bother us much since the amenities and cookwares were very convenient and of great quality. Totally recommend for anyone looking to visit DC area :)

Stayed at George’s place for our family trip to DC. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. Easy walk to Safeway and Metro. House was very clean and set up well. If you happen to forgot to pack something there’s a very good chance George has it in the home for you. We had a great stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
