This studio is located not far from Antwerp. Tram, train and bus is close by and connects you to Antwerp or Lier. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also close by many facilities. Mortsel has it's own city center with shops, but besides there is also a lot of nature around where you can have a walk. There are many possibilities. We have a separate bedroom for 2 persons and in the living room we have the possibility to turn the sofa into 2 extra beds.

Enjoy the beautiful view of the park, or grab a bite to eat at one of the neighbouring restaurants. The beautiful room with all amenities lends itself to unwinding after an adventurous day. The lift takes you up to the 3rd floor which is an open space with kitchenette, and where the bed is on the mezzanine.

Just 100 meters from the apartment is a tram and metro stop, while a city bike station is located 500 meters away. Both transportation options allow you to reach the bustling city center of Antwerp within 20 minutes.

The recently renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with king size box spring bed), a separate bathroom with toilet, fully installed kitchen with all necessary appliances, living room with TV and dining area. Next to us is a beautiful park, where you can relax and enjoy nature.

This centrally located accommodation is nice and cozy. The southwest facing sun terrace is a nice asset. Here you can enjoy the last sun. If it gets a little cold, you can always light the Mexican stove. There are 2 bedrooms. In the bathroom, there is a large bathtub for enthusiasts, and there is also a shower. Parties and events are not allowed in this house.

Close to Antwerp, university, UZA, yet in the greenery!

Our house is located in the green south edge at 8km from the centre of Antwerp. This city is easily accessible by train (1O min walk 10min train), tram (10 min walk, 30 min tram) or by bike (30 min bikes, 2 bicycles available). The Uza van Edegem is a 15-minute bike ride away; the UIA ,University of Antwerp-Wilrijk as well.
