Farm stay in a rustic barn studio

KailynRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is such a cute, cozy place with beautiful scenery! Madeline was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the address/getting there and showed us where we'd be staying when we pulled up. The room is exactly as described, guard geese included lol! We also got some sourdough and jam, both of which were SO delicious! It's the full farm experience with horses, goats, chickens, and there's some hikes/areas to walk around the farm as well. We would totally stay here again!

Sunset Retreat on Brewer Lake

SarahRating, 5 stars3 days ago
10/10 would recommend Dana’s place! Easy to get to, and absolutely spotless! There is a nice walking trail to the lake to enjoy time by the water. We had a great stay, plenty to do within an hour radius of the Airbnb. As a chicken lover, I adored the flock that roamed the property. They’re very friendly :)

Streamside Cabin at Trailhead

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. The outdoor shower is absolutely incredible; so well crafted! If you’re looking at the listing and hesitant to book due to the toilet situation - don’t be! It was cleaner than quite a few other places we’ve stated that had “real” bathrooms. The cabin itself had everything we needed and more (comfortable bed, extra blankets, anything you’d need to cook simple meals, etc.). Everything was very clean and the rules & checkout instructions were very clear, which was great because that is definitely not always the case when you book a place. Bethany is a gracious and responsive host and the area is incredible. If you’re looking for a place in this area, I highly recommend staying here if it’s available for your dates!

NEW Cozy | 2 BR/2 Bath | Single Level | Quiet

BrianRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Keelan was a great host and space was as described. They were prompt in responding to every need and quick to resolve minor issues. The space is new and fresh and is a quiet getaway yet close enough to Bangor and Brewer amenities. The only negative is that the couch is not very comfortable but that is likely due to it being a sleep sofa. Would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage on Pushaw Lake

SneedRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved staying at Gaynor's place. It was clean, cozy, well-equipped, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable beds . . . in short, everything we hoped for. Gaynor was extremely friendly, flexible, and communicative, helping us to get excited about going there. The location was outstanding—a natural setting very close to where we needed to go at UMaine and Bangor. If you're a birder, there's tons of bird life right outside the door. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks, but that looked like great fun in warmer weather. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely book here again. One thing guests should be aware of is that access to both bedrooms is provided by a very narrow, steep winding staircase. We had no trouble with this, but someone with disabilities or someone who is very large or has poor balance definitely might. If you have concerns, check with Gaynor about this before you book.
The entrance to the unit features a black front door framed by two windows. The door has glass panes that reflect the surrounding outdoor light. A small porch area with outdoor items is visible to the side, set against the rich red siding of the building.

Lewis's place was the perfect spot to get a good night's rest during a long road trip. It was super clean when I got there and has a lot of character and charm. I felt very comfortable. His instructions to find it were spot on, making it easy even late at night in the dark and rain. He was very responsive and helpful via messaging. I would absolutely stay there again!
