Lake house vacation rentals in Echo Lake

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 15th wedding anniversary trip to Fish Tales on Moose Pond. It was a bonus that kayaks were there to use. (Saved us from bringing our own for such a far trip) We were looking for peace and quiet from our busy lives and it was wonderful. So quiet! The cabin was clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The view was magical, as was the sound of the loons in the evening. Sitting around a campfire is good for the soul. We will definitely consider returning for another trip.

Excellent hosts. They both went the extra mile for a last minute booking. Very responsive and available for questions. The home is great. Recent upgrades and well kept. The sauna was absolutely perfect. Would stay again in a minute. Thanks again for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of amenities and the hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. It was roomy for our family of 5 and the beds were really comfortable. I’d say it easily accommodates 6-7 people. If you are adventurous and don’t mind sleeping in a small loft or a basement setting you could fit 10-11.

Manny made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn't have asked for a better host — thank you, Manny! We can’t wait to return.

The host was so responsive to our needs when we reached out. In a matter of minutes we received a response. Very impressive. My family stayed here for a long weekend and what a beautiful home it was. Although it rained 2 of the days, it didn’t stop us from have a really quiet and fun family togetherness. This location is so close to activities for the whole family. Kayaking was enjoyed by all. Such a peaceful pond. Thank you and will come back.

We had the most amazing stay at this Ossipee Airbnb! The barn space and game room were such a unique and fun addition—perfect for hanging out in the evenings. The property is right on the pond, which made for the most peaceful mornings and gorgeous sunset paddles. We loved having the kayaks available—it made getting out on the water super easy and so much fun. Inside, the home was spotless and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Michael and Randle were incredibly responsive and helpful hosts. And the huge Blackstone grill was great for our party—we cooked outside while soaking in the view. One night we got Pizza Barn as hosts recommended because it was featured on Phantom Gourmet… yum! Whether you’re fishing off the dock or just relaxing by the fire, this place is the perfect peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great time staying here! The entire house was really clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Great yard with a fire pit area, a couple of picnic tables and a relaxing hot tub. One of the highlights was definitely the basement—it’s such a well-done, fun space to hang out in. We also loved the garage area with the huge chess board! It’s a fun and perfect play space even when the weather isn’t great. You can tell a lot of care went into this house. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The kids enjoyed ice skating and ice fishing and we also planned fun activities like skiing and snow mobiling within 30 minutes from the house. The host was very responsive and very friendly.

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

The spot was perfect for a weekend of skiing and riding snowmobiles. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. Paul was great at recommending places and his response time was great. Also the wood burning stove made the weekend cozy and perfect.

Yanire is an amazing host! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the responses were to any question I had. The place is beautiful and spotless. Yanire was nice enough to offer some local restaurants and attractions which were perfect! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The home is clean, well maintained and exactly as pictured. It’s off the beaten path, quiet, and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and even included several well seasoned cast iron pans. Our AT&T cell service worked great in the area. We recommend visiting Veno’s butcher shop for some delicious food for your stay!

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay in the cute cabin. Since it was winter and we were mostly away from the cabin visiting family, we didn't get to take advantage of the lake and activities. But we enjoyed sipping coffee at the kitchen table and taking in the view of the frozen lake.

A group of four of us visited this Airbnb this past weekend and we enjoyed our stay immensely, the house was cozy and had plenty of room for privacy whilst having nice common areas. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to all of our questions and solved any inconveniences we encountered.

Stayed at Scott’s place in Norway, ME with my wife and kid for a long weekend and will without a doubt be staying here again next time we’re in Maine. The lake access is convenient and the drive into town for groceries, food, etc. is very short. We had a great time fishing and taking the kayaks out. Such a beautiful house- you can tell it wasn’t thrown together without any thought. I’d love to live here!

A true gem and highly recommend. Jill’s home is very comfortable, clean and up to date. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place in the Waterville Valley area.

I brought my family including my dad and step mom along with siblings, and cousins. The house was able to accommodate all of us and comfortably. My father who is 76 was able to watch his shows in the dining area where there is an amazing coffee bar and big screen tv. He was in heaven! We enjoyed the grill and outside seating. Everything was amazing and we all made some great memories! Thank you for an EPIC experience.
