The apartment is on the third floor of a typical Mediterranean house (no elevator), so it's ideal for active people. This house has belonged to my family for generations, so it holds special value for me. It has been recently and meticulously renovated and boasts high-quality amenities. The small apartment, measuring 30 m², with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, includes the following spaces: - Bedroom with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep, LED lighting, sea views, and access to the outdoor terrace. The room also has 2 reading lamps and a wardrobe with a mirror. - The small 5 m² outdoor terrace offers views of the sea, the fishing port, and the Serra d'Irta Natural Park. It has a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine, breakfast, or lunch outdoors while taking in the pleasant sunset over the Mediterranean. - The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and includes all necessary cooking utensils.
