Stable Cottage is a 2-storey, stylishly converted barn just off the main courtyard at Avon farm Estate. Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Please note there is no longer a hot tub at this property

City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

1 Gloucester Cottages is nestled in the quaint mining village of Stanton Drew in the Chew Valley, Somerset, The village is home of the prehistoric Stanton Drew stone circles, the second largest stone circle in Britain after Avebury. The cottage is great for families and couples, it has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished through out, a king sized bed and double with all linen included. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. The heart of the City has more restaurants and bars (often converted from banks) than any other square mile in England. The flat has a bedroom tucked away from the noise and completely silent. Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
