Nu finns där 5 lägenheter helt nyrenoverade med alla bekvämligheter.Husets balkong som ligger på den norra gaveln med morgon sol och kvälls sol har husets gäster tillsammans. Grillen är för gästerna.

Apartment with windows in all directions, tiled stove, high ceilings and lovely light from all rooms with large windows. 4 bedrooms with room for 6 people, workplaces/desks in each room. Another workplace in the "studio" where piano is also available. WiFi and Streaming channels for TV and Music. Bathroom with bathtub and shower and an additional guest toilet. Wonderful garden.

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.

We have a large garden that you can use if you wish. There are various patios that can give you a wonderful start to the day with breakfast in the sun, a nice barbecue in the evening or just take it easy. 2 bicycles belong to the property.

Fully equipped kitchen cabinets, no dishwasher. The TV has Chromecast. Suitable for older people. Age limit 27 years. You are close to ICA and the main square with lots of good restaurants.

Bright and spacious 2-room apartment of 66 sqm with 5 beds, located on the second floor, about 4 km from Visby city center. A parking space is available in the vicinity of the house. Duvets and pillows are included – bring your own sheets and towels, or rent for SEK 200/person. Cleaning is done by the guest or can be purchased for SEK 1,000 (charged in case of non-cleaning). Perfect for a relaxing stay close to town!
