All the benefits of being rural but only 2 minutes by car to Mosgiel New World and shops. 15 minutes drive to Dunedin airport Or Dunedin city. No street noise so a very peaceful place to stay. You have your own living space, bedroom, bathroom, car park and patio to relax outside. Sofa bed in the living area sleeps two. Great place to enjoy the stars at night with no street lights. Perfect little get away pad in Brighton. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple. Loved my time at the caravan retreat! Greeted with warmth by Emma and the fantails. Great instructions on the amenities. Highlights were lighting the potbelly stove outside and watching the starts come out ✨️Cozy Caravan with an inviting retro feel. Kitchen had everything I needed. Very quiet, secluded wee spot up the back next to the sheep paddock. Thanks so much, I'll be back 💚

I had a lovely couple of night’s at Olivia’s place while in Dunedin for work. It was an easy drive to the city - probably walkable in nice weather! Supermarket and cafes/restaurants are close. The studio is super clean and tidy and the bed very, very comfy!
