This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Tons of privacy, but minutes from town. 35 min to Killington or Sugarbush; snowshoe outside your door, and x-country nearby. Snow tires or chains needed from Dec.-March. We absolutely loved everything about our stay - the home and hosts were both impeccable. The home is jusy like the pictures- the quintessential ski condo. It is incredibly comfortable- the big beds were both luxuriously comfortable and all the other appointments were as well. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed for meals. We mostly did quick/easy meals. But, it would have been a joy to cook in the kitchen. Most importantly for us, the condo is GREAT for kids and families. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with kids, including a high chair, crib and pack n play. The Topnotch resort and amenities are also aptly named - they are truly top notch! Last but certainly not least, Stowe resort homes was a fabulous host. They were incredibly proactive and responsive to any questions we had. It truly felt like they wanted us to enjoy our stay as much as we did. We enthusiastically recommend this home and host!

Killington Racquetball House

This was our second time staying at the racquetball house and it was just as incredible as the first. Lucked out with some great spring skiing on Friday, and checked into the Airbnb after. The house is very conveniently located to the mountain. We made full use of the court. Played racquetball, volleyball, dodgeball, kickball, pickleball, wall ball. Basically just spent all weekend playing games in the court and then relaxing in the hot tub to end the day. The living room / kitchen area is a great gathering layout. We will definitely be back.

This place is peaceful, beautiful, a gem. I loved hearing the water from the sundeck (porch with windows): looking and hearing the water, feeling so close was a balm and beauty. For those seeking rustic beauty, you cannot do better. The home is well set-up: cozy, stocked, inviting. The sky is full of stars, the tide comes in and out, the woods are just there. David's local recommendations were also outstanding, making us feel like visitors welcomed personally. We followed several of his suggestions at an easy pace: and so soaked in the quaint Brooklyn, WoodenBoatSchool, and gem-of-a-library. It was autumn with some rain, some cool, great beauty always. In other weather we might have done a campfire or bbq. Lovely seats outside. There were more places to sleep than we imagined there might be: it was just my teen son and I, so we didn't even go to the loft. This is a cozy cabin on the sea, with exceptional grounds and a good soul for host!

Absolutely beautiful! We loved staying in this historic and charming house. It was the perfect size for the four of us. The boathouse was an amazing amenity that is just down the road from the house. We spent all day there swimming and floating around. Had a few fires in the massive fireplace which was another great highlight. The house was a perfect basecamp for day trips into town, for hikes, and other adventures around Newfound Lake. It felt like the perfect stay!!! Hoping we can come back someday soon to experience it again.

We were very happy with our stay at Tim's Nod Away home right on Lake Willoughby. Stunning views and sunsets from inside the home and even better sitting outside on the deck, around the fire pit or swinging on the hammock. Tim gave us a welcome call and shared info about local hikes and indicated his availability for any further questions or concerns. His place was spotless; great kitchen and everything you might need for meal prep. Comfortable bedding and cozy, homey living room.Kayaks were a bonus. It was tough to leave paradise.

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

Convenient to our hunting spot, the accomodations were closer and far more comfortable than where we have stayed in the past. Ardie very accommodating, and helpful during our stay. Two of us will be returning in two weeks and hopefully again next year.
