Quiet heritage cottage with golf course views

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah's place. The place is very spacious, clean and fresh. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and included a full laundry. The bed and bed linen are of excellent quality. The bathroom was large and well organized. There is lots of cupboard space in the bedroom and there is a separate living room with a comfortable couch, armchair and TV. This is a very quiet area, with lovely trees and a garden, only a short walk or drive to the train station where there are supermarkets. One of the best places I have stayed on Airbnb. Thanks Sarah for thinking of everything your guests would need to be comfortable and at home.
A spacious bedroom is equipped with a large bed featuring soft white linens and a dark upholstered headboard. Two bedside lamps are positioned on either side, and decorative pillows add subtle touches. Sheer curtains frame the wide windows, allowing natural light to fill the room.

Great location, and plenty of space for our family of four in the apartment.
The image displays the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge at twilight, with a serene water view. Soft blue and purple hues fill the sky, reflecting on the water's surface. Light glimmers from the buildings along the coast, creating a vibrant cityscape.

Cliff house & Grand harbour view

MelissaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
At 8:30pm on the first night we realised there was no hot water, we contacted the owner and had a response immediately. They gave us the option to send around a tradesman straight away or first thing in the morning. We asked for someone to come straight away and they arrived within the hour. The hot water system was cactus and we were given a full refund. Couldn't be happier with the response to an unfortunate situation. The house was amazing and very luxurious, it such a beautiful spot and would stay again!!

Quiet and private 5 minutes walk rail, shops

Margaret's place was as pretty as the listing suggests! It is a studio, but big enough for a short stay and completely hidden from Margaret and Martin's home. The garden is beyond beautiful and would be a cool and shady spot in Summer. It rained a lot when we were there, but the heat pump kept the small space warm. The leadlight windows are lovely and Martin was extra helpful with TV problems, although he didn't manage to sort them out. Streaming from phone was possible, however, so it didn't concern us too much. The cottage is a short walk down tree-lined streets to marvellous shops, Harris Farms, IGA, and cafes as well as the train. There is a grassed, open area and great cafe/restaurant down a short lane in the shopping centre, but we didn't find it till our last day. We were very grateful for Martin and Margaret's help and friendliness during our stay - totally recommended!

Leafy Home in Quiet Cul-de-Sac

We all needed a clean, pleasant and quiet place to stay and Marian's place exceeded our expectations. The facilities and extra treats provided were also very good. There were some good walks in the National Park and nearby ovals and shops for some exercise and it was easy to drive to the North Shore suburbs and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Sunny north shore apartment with garden outlook

We recently stayed at Eulalia's apartment in Killara for a month while visiting family, and had a really great experience. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable with nice bed linen. It felt cozy and well-decorated, making it a lovely spot to relax after a day out. Even though it’s located on the Pacific Highway, we hardly noticed any traffic noise since the apartment doesn’t face the road. This was a pleasant surprise! It was also just a short walk to shops and railway stations, which made getting around really easy. Eulalia, the host, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable home base in Killara.
