You pay for usage based on the meter: electricity, DKK 2.79 per kWh; water and sewage, DKK 89.00 per m³. The landlord takes the meter readings at check-in and check-out and sends a bill for the actual usage via Airbnb.

There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linen, towels, etc.

Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens, and mischievous cats, and starting in March, we'll have little lambs out in the field. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!
