First of all, Imma was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained the check in process and guided us on where to park. When we arrived, the place looked just like the photos - clean, well maintained and equipped with all the essential amenities in a compact space

Very much enjoyed the stay! The apartment was beautifully furnished and all the rooms were so spacious, and the view was absolutely stunning. The lift system was such that it felt like we had a private lift to the apartment, and it was so convenient to get to the mall complex from the apartment. All in all a luxurious stay. Lucinda and Isaac were very responsive and kind in their communication. Thank you for having us!

This was the second time I’ve stayed in Albert’s penthouse in Parq Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean environment that very much feels like a home. The Parq facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna, multiple restaurants and abundant co-working space make the complex extremely self-contained and like its own little luxurious village a mere 10mins by scooter taxi from central Ubud. Albert is an exceptionally supportive, kind and communicative host. Thank you for another amazing stay! 🙏

Super clean! Highly highly recommended this place for families! The place is clean, near supermarket (50m from Hokky Supermarket), near mall (pakuwon city mall). Mrs Indira (the owner) is very communicative, helpful, fast respond. She is a great host! Mrs Dewi, the assistant is very communicative too. Both of them are great! The security in this apartment also very friendly and helpful.

This super villa gave us a great experience! The value for money is perfect and the rooms are great. There was good contact and all questions were answered right away. Also, breakfast was arranged which I did not know about so this was more positive. Quiet and close to the beach location.

An unforgettable family getaway! Deni’s villa was the perfect home base for our family of four during our Bali vacation. The space is airy, secure, and beautifully maintained — plenty of room for everyone to relax. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we loved how close we were to great cafes and restaurants (all within easy walking distance!). Getting to the villa was a breeze — no issues with directions or access — and the real standout was the amazing property manager, Wayan. He was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly, keeping the villa in pristine condition throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of daily laundry service (for a small cost), which made traveling with kids so much easier. If you’re dreaming of a relaxing Bali break, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend Deni and her wonderful team!

Yuli and Daniel have the most gorgeous space at Rumah Laplapan and it felt like such a breath of fresh air once we arrived. The views, the ducks, the peace, it's truly something you can't put a price on. As Bali tourism increases, finding hidden gems like this where you can truly escape the noise is so rare. We appreciated the kindness and care of Yuli, Wayan, and Daniel at every step and highly recommend this place as a week-long escape or romantic couple's getaway for a seasoned traveler. And don't miss out on the Crispy Chicken Waffle at Mango Cafe across the street! 5-star stay all around! We'll be back!

Another stay at Rays beautiful villa and I can assure you we will be back for round 3 next year. It's difficult to fault this place at all. Ariek and Putu continue to go above and beyond, down to minor details we couldn't even think of. I became ill on our trip (flu related) and Ariek, without any prompt or questions took care of me preparing tea and bringing local medicines for me. The location is walking distance to the heart of Seminyak and exactly where you want to be for food and markets at your finger tips. see you again soon!

Great place that is really nice and good for a slightly larger group, which can be really hard to find in Surabaya. It was clean and comfortable and would happily stay again!

Since it's a new place, everything's in awesome shape. The hosts are super friendly and really helpful, and we've got everything we need. Plus, the location is great, just 15 minutes from Pakuwon Mall. I'd totally recommend staying here ❤️

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The check in / check out instructions are very clear. The host was very responsive and very helpful in dealing with some obstacles. When you need an extra blanket, it's delivered right away plus bread too. Even at check-in, there were welcome snacks. Really appreciate it. Apartment is clean and tidy. Everything works well. Fast wifi and can be used for work. The location is connected to the mall, making it easy to shop and eat. Very recommend it.
