Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in East End

Our stay at Nanyamka’s place was really nice. She was kind, proactive about things like power outages, and helpful. The unit is new with lots of indoor space. Other reviewers mentioned that the interior is dark—it is true that there is not a lot of natural light (all windows do look out onto a rock wall or storage space), but we weren’t there during the day, so it was fine for us. There are amazing beaches not that far away so we spent our daylight hours there! The exterior has a separate and shared porch with amazing views. There were a few amenities we needed to purchase like dish soap, toilet paper, cooking oil, and Cascade, but we used them during our week-long stay, so it was worth it. Like other guests, I cannot recommend strongly enough renting a car—we got a Jeep and are so glad we did. It is a bit remote. We are not used to such steep roads, sharp curves, and avoiding huge potholes, so the Jeep made our whole stay on this island so much easier and safer-feeling.

The location is excellent within an easy drive to Red Hook and several beaches. All the necessities were included such as beach chairs, towels and a washer and dryer. The complex has a gym, a small pool and is walkable to two restaurants.

Great host, was easy to reach as well. Her condo matched the pictures that she posted. Check in was very easy she made us feel like we were at home. Definitely going to book with her again.

I really enjoy my stay at the resort. Our was clean and well stocked. The view was nice. The on-site restaurant Ms were both great. The beach, pool and hot tube were wonderful. I would stay again. We used the taxi service for everything and the property was centrally located for getting around the island.

We had an amazing stay, thanks to Candice! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and took the time to walk us through all the details of the house, making sure we felt right at home. Not only was the home exactly as described, but Candice also went above and beyond by sharing the best spots to visit in St. Thomas, which made our trip even more special. Her communication was seamless throughout our stay—she was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We also ran into a minor issue with our booking, and Candice handled it professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly.

Justin's place was great! It was just as described and the upstairs loft was actually better than the pictures due to a large couch instead of a small fold out bed. Justin was very responsive from the start. There was bug spray, sunscreen, beach towels and hats avaible for use. There are 3 flights of stairs to go up, but that didn't bother us - if you have mobility issues it may not be right for you. The 2 restaurants within walking distance were great! Depends what you want - the casual one had great pizza! The nicer one has a great wine list and the food was really good! All in all, the place was great! Loved relaxing on the patio with a view in the mornings with coffee, or in the afternoon with some wine!

Great location. Was close to surrounding beaches and restaurants. It was very clean and had great A/C. Beds were extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again.

First time in St. Thomas and it won’t be our last. Super convenient staying here. Lots of food options near by, checkout Vinny’s/Chester’s/Shoreline/Luckys. Coki beach was a short walk away. Pools were great, the reggae music entertainment was fun.

We loved it! Sherri was an amazing host! We have stayed in a ton of rentals across the world and this was by far the most well stocked and clean one yet!

What an amazing place…. And the host was just as amazing. This was my first time doing Airbnb and sharing the property but I really felt at home! I would recommend renting the jeep if you can, taxi service sucks and the all want to charge per person and different prices. I was unable to workout while I was there but with the amazing view from the property I didn’t care at all! This rental is one of my favorites!!

We are an incredible stay at the Hills. The property was exactly as described, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean with every amenity. The views were amazing. The staff was very helpful in arranging for grocery delivery... We will definitely return.

Pura Vida was lovely! The entire home was spotless. The views and the outdoor pool was our favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grounds were beautiful and interesting. The ruins had its own little history lesson and we loved the shell book and its history to previous owners of the home. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much!

10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

Lynn’s place was fantastic. The kitchen was truly amazing. I have never had a kitchen so well stocked. It was excellent. Everything you could ever need. The. Entire place was perfect.
