Designated carpark with security gates, elevator and lap pool on the same floor as the apartment. Walk out the complex door to supermarket, restaurants, bars and the Brisbane River. 400m to bus and ferry stops. (No car needed)

Securing this stay was a life saver for us when returning to Australia after a long holiday! Evan was a great host, and even let us check in at 10am so we could get some rest straight after our international flight. We happened to be here during Cyclone Alfred, and Evan was gracious enough to drop off some emergency supplies for us. We got lucky not to lose power or suffer much flooding. The internet was fast, the dishwasher worked well, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. There are a few minor amenities that could be improved over time, but I know this listing is brand new so overall we were very happy. The house is close to Brisbane’s Eat Street and Portside Wharf which are great places to eat out. It is also only about a 15 minute walk from a Woolworths. The only main downsides really are the noise from the airport and main road, and the limited public transport options for late night travel. We were also nervous around the white lounge and rug, but we made it work!

Lovely stay ever❤️ It was my very first Airbnb stay after arriving in Australia, and I feel so happy that my first accommodation was at their place! M&M are always kind and welcoming. They even showed us around the neighborhood and shared so many helpful tips and information with us. And Toby, the cutest puppy in the world, was so lovely🫶🫶🫶 he welcomed us every time we came home! The room was so cozy and the location was also perfect! very close to both the train and bus stations. I highly recommend this place to stay !!! I’ll miss M&M&T thank uuuuu ❤️

This is my first time in Brisbane. Eddy and his house felt like home. Felt very welcome and safe. Love the views especially sunrise and sunset. Nice price for what you got, the rooms are cleaned and cozy, and just feels like home. The only downside is that you can’t lock the room, and the house is shared by 4 rooms, so probably not a good idea to left valuables in room.
