Beach house vacation rentals in Eagle Bay

Convenient location close to Dunsborough shops, beach. Beach & walking/running track accessible via a short corridor between 2 townhouses. Wayne set up the beds into singles for us once we asked. Balcony is fantastic, comfortable & private. Pool table. Comfortable lounge area with throw rugs to snuggle with. Huge kitchen. We were on a girls weekend & the townhouse was perfect.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful Gracetown property. The location was 10/10, easy access to the beach and amazing views from the upper level and balconies. The house was very clean and matched the images.

Thanks for our stay, location was just perfect to explore and stay a few days in Margareth River. The villa was super clean and everything we needed was there!

Absolutely stunning home, we were a group of couples enjoying a regular break away, the moment we walked through the door we just knew we had booked the "Cream of the Crop" blown away by the size of this property, very spacious and comfortable. Fully stocked large kitchen with every utensil we needed. Amazing coffee machine! BBQ spotless. Views to die for life for 4 nights wasn't enough! Beautiful beach across road, morning walks for 2 hrs before breakfast was just stunning. Stroll to town very relaxing and an easy walk. We all felt very very privileged to be together in this beautiful home.

We had a lovely stay at the Black Shack. Fiona was a great host, prompt to respond & very helpful. The house is exactly as described and shown in photos, was very clean, had comfy beds & contained all the little extras like salt, pepper, coffee, tea, shampoo etc. We really enjoyed the shaded walk amongst the peppermint trees across the road & such easy access to the beach.

Wendy and Tim were the most wonderful hosts. So communicative, friendly and helpful. The most beautiful home which was incredibly well stocked. Thank you Wendy and Tim for letting us stay in your gorgeous beach home.

Hi Lisa - we absolutely loved your property. There were 8 adults and 2 babies but the property felt like it had more than enough space for us all without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the rooftop outdoor dining space with BBQ. The property was spotless and decorated very beautifully. The location was perfect - a few mins from the beach, shops and restaurants. Thanks a lot!

Naomi's house was great for our short stay. A lovely house with spacious areas throughout and a relaxing outdoor area near the pool, and was also nice and quiet location whilst also being walkig distance to the local restaurants and the foreshore. Would happily recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

Amazing place to stay and done to such a high standard. Location was great…so close to the beach and nearby towns of Vasse and Dunsborough, Chelsea is a great host and was really responsive and helpful. One downside was the construction next to the property. Whilst it was noted on the booking at the start, work has carried on longer than expected/advertised. Appreciate that this may be out of the hosts control, but being woken up some early mornings by the sound of construction work wasn’t ideal. Nonetheless, property was amazing and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

place was brilliant the backyard was huge and the pool was deep and a stunning blue colour it was picturesque. if shade cloths could be added for summer that might make it even better just cause we hit a bit of a slight heatwave at the end of the stay and the ground from the door to the pool was blistering hot

Incredibly peaceful & stunning surroundings! Close to everything but also far enough to truly relax... house was super well equipped - lots of kitchen additions that made food prep simple & extra towels etc. Fave part was the sense of privacy & separate areas within the house - great for a connected family getaway! x

We had such a lovely stay right by the bay. Waking up to those stunning water views was a dream! The place was spotless, the kitchen was really well stocked, and everything felt super cozy and comfortable. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—couldn’t have asked for a better location.

We were a group of 10, consisting of 2 families and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at “Anelga” over the Australia Day weekend. The property had everything we needed and made us feel at home. The ocean being a hop-step-and a jump away, we had many relaxing beach-walks and dipped ourselves in the water as much as we wanted. In a world where machine generation is almost the norm, it was a pleasant surprise to have a hand-written welcome card together with a best seller from a local winery as we checked in. Added to this was a follow up message on Day 2 to check if all was OK. The plethora of board games kept our young ones engrossed while the collection of books was a treat to our booklovers. All in all we had a great time, and would love to go back to “Anelga”.

Great location, walking distance to the bay which was great, town and the golf course. So many different places to stay however we have come to love Dunsborough as you can cut down on the use of the car. Awesome backyard/outdoor area.

Great trip, the house was lovely with beautiful views out to sea, it was very well organised and I enjoyed our stay .I would have expected toiletries provided at that price (just a soap/ body wash) like other stays in the region provide at a similar price.

We had a lovely stay! The location is great, and the place is filled with plenty of toys for kids, including beach toys which our little ones really enjoyed. The beach-themed decor is super cute and created such a fun atmosphere, our kids absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend for families!

Our family of five absolutely loved this place!! So tranquil, super spacious with such a cosy feel. The real winner was the balcony! Loved our morning coffees and afternoon wines on the balcony amongst the trees. We had a great time playing on the tennis court and having family game nights that the host kindly provided. Close to the dog beach which Boston loved! Great communication and everything was a breeze. Our family highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in hopefully the not too distant future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely - very neat, clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and close to the beach and town. My family and I had a fantastic stay at Karen’s place ! The location, the amazing view and the entire furnishing and deco was great ! It was homely and Karen was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay when we needed the help ! We really enjoyed the house , the space, the peacefulness and it was super well equipped that we got everything we needed to cook and chill at home ! Awesome experience and one of my best air b&b experience with friendly host ! We will be back for sure as we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house ! Thank you Karen for being a great host !
