Rewards are only available in eligible locations and vary by listing location, type, and size. Earn when your client creates their listing via your referral link and completes a qualifying booking within 180 days. Terms apply.

How do I sign up for the Real Estate Referral Program?

How much is the referral reward?
Rewards vary by listing location, type, and size, and are only available in eligible locations. Referral reward amounts and eligible locations are subject to change at any time. Amounts apply to listings created via your referral link until the expiration date stated on the referral product page.
Is there a fee for my client to sign up for Airbnb?
No, signing up for Airbnb is free. Your client will only pay a commission when they receive a booking. It will be deducted from their payout amount.
Does Airbnb offer any assistance to help my clients with managing their Airbnb?
If your client is looking for some assistance with Hosting, you should direct them to the Airbnb Co-Host Network. Co-Hosts are high-quality, local Hosts who provide personalized hosting support. Your client can choose what services they want assistance with, whether it’s messaging guests, managing their calendar, or cleaning the units. More information about the Co-Host network can be found here.
My client has questions around local policy & regulation information and taxes. Where can I point them to?
We encourage your clients to consult their local tax and legal professionals for all their policy, tax, and legal questions. With that said, here are some resources we offer prospective Hosts in our Help Center.
Do I have to be a Real Estate Agent to sign up for the program?
No, you do not need to be a real estate agent. We also encourage brokers, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals to refer their clients.
What are important considerations when listing a space while an unsold home is sitting on the market?
Please refer to Airbnb's Privacy Policy and Host Cancellation Policy and ensure that your referred client is aware of these hosting standards.
Is there anything else I should consider when making referrals?
Referrers are responsible for complying with the Program Terms. Referrers are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosing to referred clients that you will receive a referral reward where required.
