Nadia was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is clean and new in a protected residence and 5 minutes from Grand Case by car. I highly recommend it!

This place was spectacular. The view was breathtaking to say the least. I can’t say enough of the prestine cleanliness. Eveything is a short distance of a drive. Would love to come back and stay here.

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Very nice secure apartment, fully equipped and very clean. Tastefully decorated and furnished. All air-conditioned rooms. Directly on the lagoon, facing the sunset. Market and pharmacy service just around the corner. 15 min. walk to the bus station. Walking distance to Marigot, marina and Fort St-Louis. New washing machine and dishwasher, like the rest, very practical! Located on two floors at the top of the building. 2 1/2 bathrooms, ideal for a group of friends! Easy check in and check out! Very responsive host! We loved everything!

I traveled solo to St Maarten for my birthday and felt very safe here! It’s very private and peaceful. The views were outstanding and it was very clean. Michelle greeted me and showed me around and gave recommendations for local spots nearby. She also checked in to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

As SXM is my second home and being familiar with the island, Linda’s place thus far is the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Extremely comfortable and a great location with parking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Parvesh and his wife were very helpful. Since it is the off-season, the price is lower and the beach is quiet. And that is what I was looking for.

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

Review of The Hills – St. Maarten Staying at The Hills was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the rooftop pool, which became my go-to spot for relaxing. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything I needed, plus the location was close to the best restaurants and beaches in Simpson Bay. With gated access and 24/7 security, I felt super safe throughout my stay. The only thing missing was a gym, but I was told one is in the works—which is great news for future visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated experience in St. Maarten, The Hills is a solid place.
