The place it’s pacefool and quiet.. the stay with the host perfectly serve..i we go back to Albania for sure will go there.

The villa was exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and very clean including the furniture. The garden was well maintained. We asked for 2 cots for my toddlers and a high chair- both were set up and ready for when we arrived and looked new! The villa is within the Perla residential resort with security. The area consists of well maintained green gardens, large kids playground and a swimming pool club are 3mins walk. The pool is approx £12 per day for a family including 2 sun-beds and umbrella. The sandy beach is a 5 min walk where all the restaurants are. The mini supermarket which has a good selection of items is a 2min walk. The villa uses solar panels so there was some issues with hot water due to bad weather but the hosts sorted it out within 2 hours and communicated with us throughout. The area is going through rapid development so there are lots of clean restrooms by the beach and more new restaurants being opened. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Excellent location. The house is really comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even unexpected extras (for example, the kitchen was also very well stocked with many things that are often forgotten - salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, sugar, napkins, etc.). The HOST was very kind at all stages of our stay, she was easy and quick to contact her and was always available. The house is very nice, well-kept and in a great location (100 meters from the sea) and a short distance from Tirana and/or the airport. The beach is sandy, well organized (umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, children's games, beach volleyball courts, etc.) and in a closed and reserved area (they look at the entrance, few cars and therefore quiet even for small children). Finally, the house is very well equipped for small children (beds, children's games, slides and swings in the garden and many other gadgets to entertain the little ones), surely ideal for those traveling with family

The place was an absolute dream with great views of the sea. Unfortunately, the pool was not available due to the winter season. The hosts responded super quickly to questions and always made us feel welcome! I absolutely recommend this villa and was thrilled from the beginning to the end!

Kim and her father Ilir are really very available and responsive to the slightest request, a nearby caretaker arrives very quickly when you have a request. i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot.

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

This Vila is absolutely beautiful, in peaceful surroundings with gorgeous views. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albania. It would work well for both a young group of people as well as a family. The pool is enormous and there are 2 very large outdoor Jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and massive speakers also a nice bonus! The Vila is a little tricky to find but Rebecca is a brilliant host and gave us clear directions. I recommend using the terrain option on maps to help find it. It's about 40 min drive to Durres and 30 mins to Tirana. Cleaners came and tidied every day with a fresh supply of bedding and towels. They were always very respectful of our space and very kind, they even gave my baby a little toy. Ample space for parking and lots of shaded areas for those wanting to avoid the sun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 days with a group of 10+ , Marina was amazing & allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier which was amazing as we had small kids, the house is beautiful and so spacious.she responds very quick and communicates well, we needed extra saucepans and she came to the home and provided within 2 hours. The home is in a private area & need a car to reach the shops/market (too far to walk) . Amazing home & amazing host ,would definetly recommend if in Duress !!!

Hands down the BEST Airbnb host I’ve ever had! My friends and I (a group of 10 guys) just got back from an unforgettable trip to Tirana, and a huge part of what made it so special was our incredible host, Eugene. From the moment we booked, Eugene was nothing short of amazing—super responsive, genuinely caring, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for a group like ours—but it was Eugene’s warm welcome and attentiveness that truly made the experience one for the books. He was always available whenever we had questions, gave us great recommendations, and treated us like family. If you’re planning a trip to Tirana, do yourself a favor and book with Eugene. The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

Artur also helped us with local recommendations and was very accommodative with our requests. Always with a smile, his wife cooked us an amazing dinner on the day of our arrival. Couldn’t have been a better stay. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time here. You can always call the owner for help or info. The pool is perfect to play en relax. Also the extra smallhouse is very nicy to chill and relax right next to the pool. Also the lock en security systems are verry good and save but also easy to use when you know the code. I advise you to stay at this villa or other houses of the owner when you travel to albania.
