Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Trent’s cottage is blessed with a truly beautiful view overlooking the Hawkesbury River and across to the mountains on the other side. It is so peaceful and private yet the Wiseman’s Ferry township is only a short drive away. The cottage itself is beautifully presented and in as new condition. The spacious deck is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to come back again.

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

Our trip to the Blue Mountains for the UTMB Ultra Marathon was made extra lovely by the wonderful stay we had at Dinesh's place. This home is extremely well set up, and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The view from the back yard (the hot tub especially!) was just spectacular. The three bedrooms were all nicely sized, and having two full bathrooms was great. Our hosts also provided a range of really helpful suggestions for local restaurants, etc. - which were greatly appreciated! We loved our stay in this wonderful house, and really appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We'd absolutely stay with Dinesh again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy little place for our long weekend staycation. The home was super cute and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The bed was incredibly comfortable and warm, so we slept very well! We especially loved the fire pit which was perfect for enjoying a hot chocolate under the stars (the marshmallows provided were to die for). The heated bathroom (as well as the luxury bath linen) was such a bonus and made getting out of the shower so much nicer on chilly mornings. Her guidebook and local recommendations were perfect, and we discovered some great restaurants that we wouldn’t have found otherwise. And meeting her adorable fur babies was such a treat! Would absolutely stay again.

Kent’s communication is very proactive & detailed making our stay so easy. The house is very spacious for a large group. There is heaps of parking as well as the train station near by. The backyard is beautiful as well as the surrounding nature. It didn’t feel like we were in the city although only 10mins drive to Parramatta. We have never stayed somewhere with so much consideration for young children. There is a highchair, toilet seat, toys & children’s cutlery. We were very impressed & grateful for these small things which made parenting life so much easier. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Apartment rooms are clean and perfect, there were two washrooms, which was convenient for our family. Near by river, garden, and grocery. Nick was responsive and given clear instructions. Recommending!

Wonderful hosts - location was also perfect as a springboard to Sydney sites and neighborhoods we were visiting. We loved our stay.

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

We had a delightful stay - the comfortable apartment was centrally located within easy walk to transport, local attractions and dining spots. Appreciated the cereal breakfast, comfortable stretcher for added bedding and the kitchen which was well equipped. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We came for a long weekend from Canberra with our kids. It turned out that Vivid was on and you could see some displays from the apartment balcony. John was very helpful, responsive and attentive, great host

Great apartment with the most amazing views: we were lucky enough to be there on the opening night of the Vivid festival so had the harbour lit up at night and a fireworks display right in front of us over the harbour. 10 minute walk to the Kirribilli ferry which is one stop from Circular Quay and 5 minutes to the cafes and shops at Kirribilli. Easy communication and access to the apartment and everything very clean. (If you are a coffee drinker bring your own device.) Highly recommended for a quintessential Sydney experience.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.
