We really loved the stay there. The jacuzzi was good enough and the food was greatly cooked with good products

During our stay in Pinus villas we were extremly relaxed and cared by the kind people working in the complex. The villa is soo nice, quiet and comfortable. Cosy, wooden space, two floors and half, with privacy and spa features. Normally the house has space for 6 people but it is also good for a couple. Food in the restaurant is delicious and breakfast is huge and yummy! The first evening we ordered the diner for the villa, which is very good option if you want to have your meal secluded. On the other day we went on a bike adventure around the villa zone with bikes provided by Pinus villas. I recommend this activity! Yarema is very close to Sofia and we would definitely go again in Pinus Sylvestris to break away from everyday life and big city. P.S This is the cleanest Airbnb I ever been staying.

Very cozy chalet "Pinus-Vilals". Inspired of our quite late arriving we received so warm welcome from hostel and personal that we immediately felt  our self like at home, very comfortable and relaxed. We are extremely grateful for this! The complex is located on the top of   Vitosha National Park, and is hidden ander the pine trees.  Outside space is arranged perfect, all table zones are in the shadow, and the hot temperatures cannot reach you. Inside space is arranged absolutely ideal for big families or company. All is clear, functional, and of good quality! Cuisines was very delicious. And huge range of possibilities to spend day active in a mountain forest. I absolutely recommend this place!

Miro was absolutely fantastic! He helped us throughout our stay as well as before our stay. Giving recommendations of restaurants as well as a great place to get our ski hire from. He also arranged a driver to take us too and from the slops each day. Was always responsive and reliable. The chalet was amazing. The facilities were better than described. I would highly recommend this place. The service and communication was immaculate. Will definitely be back 😊

Това място е истинско съкровище! Направено е с много желание, вложени са средства, направено е за истинска почивка и релакс сред природата. В пъти по-хубаво е от снимките! Много просторно, уединено, спокойно и е сред природата, без строежи и бетон. Локацията е много точна, паркинга е пред ресторанта, има външно видеонаблюдение. Мурджо и Принцеса са пазителиге на комплекса - много добре гледани и възпитани кучета. Персонала - нямам думи да изкажа признателността си към тези дами. От настаняването до освобождаването ни обгрижваха максимално и отговориха на всяко наше желание. Храната е много вкусна, подчертавам кашкавал на тиган, пържените картофки и КИСЕЛОТО МЛЯКО - най-вкусното, което сме яли! Също и домашната лимонада. Сауната е на втория етаж, с всичко заредено за да се ползва. Джакузито е с постоянни 38С и е страхотен релакс, докато навън е -9С. Това прекрасно място ще е винаги правилен избор за почивка, релакс, уединение и бягство от града. Благодарим Ви, ще се върнем със сигурност

The atmosphere was brilliant, and the jacuzzi was the best one we had a chance to experience. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very warm and friendly! We're looking forward to the next opportunity to stay here again!

This place was exactly as described, secluded and cozy. Right next to the woods and only a short walk to nature reserve. Petar was a great host, helped us with everything and anything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Me and my group (16 people) went to Musala and 7 lakes hike and Aleks was very helpful he gave us tips about the local restaurants, hike trails, cleaned our living room table after the barbeque...he was absolutely amazing. And also we switched traditional drinks like rakia (something like a vodka)

We stayed 17 people (two families with children) at Alexander's place for 10 days. It was our first time for such a trip and the stay at his place was most wonderful for us. The house is very pleasant, clean and equipped with everything needed. The garden is also large and well maintained. Alexander is a very nice and kind host who helps and provides a solution for everything you need, such as an additional refrigerator and an additional dining table in the garden. He also helped us with the trip from the airport and all the trips in the area. We felt that he really wanted us to enjoy and be satisfied with our vacation and thanks to him it was. We highly recommend this place for a vacation and hope to return in the coming years.

An amazing house;

Fantastic place! Close to river Iskar and the highest peak on the Balkan Peninsula - Rila. The air is very clean. Valentina is a great host. The rooms it offers are new and clean.

Lyubima and her family were very welcoming and their home is better than described. The house was clean and tidy and got everything you will need. Great place, strongly recommended!

Good place exactly as advertised! Would stay again

Lidya es muy atenta, agradable y educada. El barrio está a 30 min a pie del centro, pero el servicio de taxi es muy económico y nos permitió volver alguna noche tarde a casa sin problema. Es mejor el servicio de taxi q el de autobús La casa está impecable, es cómoda y tiene lo necesario. No tenía cafetera. Le pedí una a Lydia, que trató de darme, pero no pudimos coordinarnos... lo digo para los cafeteros, que lo prevean. Está ubicado un poco alejado de todo, pero las vistas desde el balcón a la montaña muy agradables ( tiene mesita y sillas en la terraza) y el acceso al centro.muy fácil. El piso es muy silencioso, aunque da a la carretera, porque tiene muy buenas ventanas. Las dos camas de matrimonio, son muy cómodas.
